Comfort Inn Greensboro - Kernersville

Nothing really stands out as exceptional.

Pool was not open as expected. Layout of breakfast area and adjacent seating area is awkward and a bit cramped.

Good location, decent breakfast, good size room, and reasonably priced clean self-serve laundry space.

Pillows a little stiff

Maid tried to bust into the room. Toilet leaked all night. Room had a very strong dog oder.

Very clean. The staff was very nice. They had a nice breakfast with bacon, eggs, and other choices

EVERYTIME I asked for anything( coffee, fresh towels, late check out) I was met with rudeness and felt as if I was a huge inconvenience.

Nicely located in quiet area. Good restaurant in walking distance. Room equipped with full kitchen good for longer stay (not applicable to my stay).

No brekfast served and no place serving breakfast in walking distance.

Easy in - out. Free parking, free internet, free breakfast. Clean lobby - breakfast rm.

Rm desk chair torn and worn No grab safety bar in tub. Not previously informed: - hskpg service is request only & No full brkfst 2 days

This hotel was clean and seemed safe

hotel had no hot water for showers. staff explained it was because ¿everyone is using the showers¿ very nonchalantly.

Queen beds are actually full size. Room and bathrooms are small.

Room seemed small, but was very clean.

Parking was kind of a nightmare. Didn¿t seem to be enough spaces for size of hotel.

Great location for me. Excellent breakfast and perfect room for 1 person. Staff was wonderful!

They were able to accommodate me on the top floor

Microwave did not work properly The sheets were awful, thin and dingy The carpet had big holes in the carpet Unfortunately I will not be going back

The hallways and room had a stale smell. The lampshade had holes in it. The fire alarm went off at 4 am. We evacuated. No fire. Possible elevator issue.

Breakfast was good and staff was really nice. The location of the hotel was next to everything.

There were roaches in the bathroom, which we were not happy about.

Very clean, convenient location, friendly staff and nice hot breakfast.

How management accused my mother and I of smoking. The room was already smelling of smoke once we arrived. Yet management was rude. The guest representative Destiny was very rude and toxic she called the police as she refuse to talk about the situation.

The Comfort Inn Greensboro was excellent! Everything from the exterior, easy parking, check-in, the room itself and check-out was letter perfect. The staff was knowledgeable & easy to talk to. The room was outstanding! CLEAN with everything tip

The best hotel I have stayed in for the last 10 years!

I was pleasantly surprised. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The hotel was actually cleaner than I was expecting.

I did not like that there is no ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom could use some new paint.

Nice size room.

Bathroom had small dirt spots through out. Also near the light switch in room looked a little dirty.
