Right of exit. Close to Coliseum and many restaurants. Comfy beds and pillows. Very nice breakfast with lovey dining environment. Staff friendly and helpful.

Location to my events and parking was never an issue

A lady had a loud dog that barked as people walked by in the lobby and the leash was a little too loose - quite unnerving Shower curtain rack was broken so the curtain wouldn¿t stay on the ends and the water pressure was low in the shower

Great complimentary breakfast every morning and the staff running it were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location with quick access to the interstate, shopping and restaurants.

Our room had a leak coming from the ceiling right over our toilet. Water would leak down through the ceiling fan. It was never fixed and we never got any sort of compensation or apology. Also the pool was closed for maintenance our entire 5 night stay.

Quiet ¿¿ ¿¿ ¿¿ ¿¿ and ¿¿¿¿ at the front desk were pleasant.

Checking in, we encountered a huge water bug crawling around in the lobby. Not a good thing because of you see one, there are definitely more. understandably so, due to Covid, unfortunately the pool was closed.

Convenience to the G¿ boro coliseum. Getting back was a task of U-turns tho. It¿d been nice if you can access the hotel from the Hooters parking lot, but you can¿t.

The parking spaces are very tight. I have a compact car and felt like I barely squeezed into one. For some reason, the vestibule/foyer area (elevator waiting area) smelled like a stinky toilet. This was on the main floor and on the 4th floor. It was weird

I liked that they still served breakfast and it was great. Staff was awesome and friendly.

Everyone and everything was good. Great location with lots of eateries to chose from. Keep up the great work guys.

The people who worked at the hotel were all very nice and went out of their way to take care of us. There was an issue with the booking and they took care of it right away, and actually put us in a nicer room. Breakfast was good too!

The exiting point , never will return again

The initial reception , the poor care if the rooms , had to wait 45 minutes to check into a dirty room that had alcohol beverages in it with unmade bed

Location and cleanliness

Hotel put me in a room right by the elevator on the third floor. I was there three nights. Every night I experienced people laughing, yelling, and running down the hallway. Not an enjoyable experience.

The room and the bathroom were nice sizes, with adequate space. The microwave and the mini firdge was very useful. overall the room was clean and pleasing. The laundry room was extremely useful. The breakfast was also very good.

Two waffle makers would have been helpful because the hotel was fully booked.

There were quite a lot of things that I just liked about my past day I also have pictures as well as an email I had to send to their corporate office in regards to my just like up there hotel and house treated.
