Very sketchy. Smells like weed. Loud music, shouting and banging on the door all night.

They had wifi and breakfast

Thin walls, thinner blankets, showers broken.

The location

Housekeeping doesn't do there jobs. They go in your room when your not there but don't clean anything and the front desk is okay with that. They could serve a better breakfast other than some old finger muffins, bread butter juice and coffee.

The sheets looks alike been not washing becuz I see the sheets wrinkles and floor not clean also hair in sink. Smh

Had to go down 4 steps to get to first floor...didn't know there was a ramp at the front door. Bathroom renovation was very sloppy...looked dirty

It was so old and raggedy. The floors were creaking and so uneven. The entire building stinks plus someone was trying to kick the door in to get to me and I done even know who it was! Took the police forever to show up and they didn¿t care

The location was ok. Close to the Highway.

The staff was not all ways there when I needed them. My key kept deactivating. I had to get it redone 3 times out off 5. People was up at all times of the night getting ice and talking loud in the hall.

The receptionist at the counter was very helpful.

The room was not clean. Floor wasn¿t swept, bathtub not clean.They did well on trying to upgrade the place but it means nothing when the room is not clean. The breakfast was just coffee, orange juice , mini muffins and toast.

The staff was great. Whenever I went to the office they were all nice. The room was clean and close to lots of things

Toilet stopped up whole time. They made me try to pat twice for room after I'd already paid.

The ongoing weed smell in the entire hotel and the drug ridden hotel guests as well.

It was close to shopping mall and restaurants

The room was dirty. The beds had cigarette ashes and burned holes in sheet. Mold and hair in bathtub.The dresser drawer was hanging offhinge. There was hole in in bathroom door. No desk or table.no iron and no mirror in room. There is no breakfast area

The staff not friendly and roomwas not clean especially bathroom. TV didn't work, everything advertised was not good.

Maintenance staff was very cordial in helping me with my walker -- holding doors, carrying extra bag, etc.

No lights, no wastebasket, table falling over. Lobby was small as a vestibule, and three people who were neither guests nor employees were hanging there. They were unmasked, even though the door clearly carried a sign saying "Masks Required."

It was a hotel for the homeless people. I left on Sunday instead of Monday you all owe me cash back. A fight broke out I couldn't stay there anymore!!

There was no breakfast my room wasn't available i asked for smoking on the first floor they put me in a non smoking room...

The location to where I wanted to go was excellent.

I reserved 2 rooms and one of them had no heat so we had to change rooms.Also, the bathtub wasn't clean. In the other room, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. It still had someone's saliva in the sink.

The staff were friendly. The location was great.

No iron, one set of towels for 2 people, no trash can. Guest has to take their own trash out, per the sign. Loitering outside of building. Building smelled of smoke.
