Overall friendly staff and hotel in good condition

The bed was uncomfortable, sagged on one side

Hotel accommodation and location were perfect until I opened the room refrigerator.

The fact that food was left in the room refrigerator and it was obvious housekeeping dropped the ball.

Room I asked for was end unit. Quiet for the 3 days stay. Clean and cozy

Well first all I the management team from Victor to Desiree very poor . I filed a complaint with Marriott Bonvoy about my missing clothing that was taken out of my bag on and the general manager has not returned any of my calls . Poor service

Strong scent of carpet powder in the room that irritated my boyfriends allergies.

After giving my room to someone else even though i prepaid, i was sent to another hotel for one night which the GM said he'd pay for. Checked back in one day later. Still to this day 30 days later, no reimbursement for hotel they put me in. Overall bad

Staff was friendly.

Bedding was not clean. Shower curtain was stained with blood.

That the room was not available at my check in time. I wasn't able to get in my room until about 3 hours after check in time. The sheets and pillows cases was just like they were thrown on the bed.

It was close to the highway the quietness. I really like the bathroom with the glass door but you need to have someone clean them out all the time someone use it

It needs some update things in the microwave/refrigerator lancer plugs in working plug a few gadgets

Good location.

The lady that checked us in was anything but personable. All hotels are a little different - she offered nothing about breakfast, elevator location, checkout time... When traveling - a warmer welcome would be nice.

Clean

Microwave too low for easy access by senior citizens. Needs to be waist high.

I was leaving early the next morning. I asked the front desk if I could get a small breakfast bag to take with me. She readily obliged. Very appreciative.

If I had to choose one thing it would be the staff. The young gentleman at the desk was very helpful and polite.

For the price, the room should've been a little more "updated." I've stayed in numerous Fairfield hotels and this was the worst one, in terms of newness.

It was such a pleasant stay. The staff was awesome and accommodating. Will definitely stay with the Marriott family again. Not to mention the price was pocket friendly.

Not a thing

The staff was very friendly and made very professional. Housekeepers were very thorough and discreet. Very clean, the pictures dont do this place justice. Breakfast was good it gave me the right amount of fuel I needed to get my day started.

No coca cola products but a quick trip to the store can fix all that.

The room size, the staff, the large walk in shower. The immediate response apology from staff after I made her aware of the cleanliness of my bed.

This property was still under renovation. I did not see this on their website. Every entrance was a hassle to get in / out of. Some lights not working in our room. Very poor housekeeping.

It was convenient to where we were going. Allowed pets.

It was under renovation which caused a lot of mess. Room unfinished. Webb sight did not tell us about extra charge for pets which the motel agreed to wave.Staff was very apologetic Nd pleasant.

Location and shuttle service to the furniture market in High Point was a plus. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I didn't know the hotel was undergoing a renovation so the lobby was a mess. The room was clean and the staff was trying to make it a good experience for everyone, but I was disappointed to spend over $---/night for this hotel experience.

It was going through a major renovation we were not aware of. Maybe some type of discount or compensation would of been nice. The front desk also double charged my cc... they fixed it but probably shouldn’t have happened
