The bed, the soap, bath gel, shampoo, lotion, breakfast, location, iron , ironing board, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It was beautiful and very nice. The room was large and very comfortable.

The breakfast staff was not friendly They stood around watching everyone and speaking to each other in a foreign language. It was very uncomfortable to get food when they were standing out watching us.

Within walking distance to my meeting location and downtown.

The plaid decor is very strange. Not sure what vibe they are trying to create. A little plaid goes along way.

No sleep There was a party in the room beside us. We had to call downstairs twice. This was at 3 AM They also charged my account 50$ on check in for any incidentals and 3 days later it has yet to be refunded

Breakfast was a bit poor

The breakfast was phenomenal hot and cold with lots of selections for each. Location was great convenient to bars and clubs and other venues. Thank-you for a clean white tea smell this made all the difference for me and my comfort

I only thing I didn't quite like was the bed was alittle to hard. I like soft beds, just my preference.

Facility was very clean and bed was very comfortable

I was unaware that you had to pay $12 a night to park also was charged an extra $50 at check in for room deposit that you ensure no damage to the room. Just seemed like a bunch of extra fees that we were unaware of until arrival. Won't stay there again. Also there is a train that runs all during the night in close proximity that kept waking me up, not something I was expecting either.

Nice and when I walked in to check in it smelled so good staff very friendly and check in was quick

The hotel was really good, clean, comfortable, and our room was spacious and well equipped. The bar area was good and the breakfast was good.

The reason I’ve scored so low is that the noise from the street from 10pm until 12 midnight was horrendous. There was a constant stream of cars, revving their engines and racing around and loud music playing, presumably from the cars. Once that had finished it was fine. It was a Saturday night, downtown and we had a corner suite on the fifth floor with big windows so maybe we were just unlucky but it wasn’t great and because of that I won’t choose to stay there again.

Very nice accommadations. Really liked being on the 3rd floor and having access to parking right outside the door. Spacious king room felt like higher end hotels.

First, ditch the Motel 6 toilet paper! Totally surprised by that. Secondly, the bed was too firm, but I know some folks like the hard feel of a mattress. Aside from those 2 items, overall, a very good place to stay.

Everything was perfect. The 6th floor corner room view was amazing. Walking distance to all food places. Very quiet and peaceful. Front desk professional and nice bartender.

Super room with great view! Staff was awesome from start Deonia to finish Nicole it was Rad! The whole staff made this old pro skateboarders filming trip a success and fer sure a Rad time!
