The indoor pool was like an ice bath. Our kid was so excited to swim but couldn’t because it was so cold

Please ensure that breakfast staff have the items cooked within the time breakfast is served. The weekday attendant was great!

No security my truck was broken into. 7 vehicles windows broken right in front of the hotels front door which the night staff was never at the desk. Staff or manager has expressed no concern at all. I won?t be back

Hotel room did not have air. When I was moved to new room it was not clean.

every room should include a folding chair , we enjoy a game of cards every night but there was only one computer chair and we can't play cards sitting on the couch.

The hotel was very clean, smelled cleaned. Breakfast was good. Not a bad area by the airport, a lot of fast food places around. Highway close by to get anywhere pretty quick.

WiFi was non existent. Second hotel in the area where the WiFi didn¿t work. Only place it worked was the lobby, which defeats the purpose of paying for a room.

Water pressure was horrible. I could barely take a shower and brush my teeth because water barely came out. Staff was not engaged. Breakfast attendant warring a hood on his head and did a poor job of stocking the bar.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Staff friendly. Good variety for breakfast. Easy check in/out. Rooms clean and comfortable.

TV had a lot of pixeling no matter what channel but wide choice of channels. Young kids ran the hallway yelling and pounding on doors all evening including the wall between the rooms. Quit about 11pm. Trashed hall so housekeeping vacuumed at 7:30am.

The rooms looked new. Very clean.

The rooms were noisy from the vent fan in the bathroom.

Signs up requiring masks, yer staff member who checked me in was not masked.

This was a really nice hotel. The food breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating.

Beds were comfortable and the room stayed at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was amazing.

The room I was beside smoked and it kept coming into my room. Walls were thin so you heard absolutely everything. Getting a decent connection was hard.
