Staff friendliness and diligence

The room had not been cleaned well, swept or mopped.

Clean rooms, super friendly staff and good breakfast!

The room/shower. Breakfast. Gym. So much more.

The toilet got stopped up on the last day and there was no one to fix it or anyone that knew where a plunger was. We spent the last day using the bathroom by the lobby, which was a long trip from the 5th floor.

We received a renovated room however there was no chair at the desk we requested one but never heard back regarding the request. Parking is not that great and there were multiple containers taking up parking space in the back parking lot.

The staff

Room too small. Microwave practically on floor. Mold in shower.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were cool. Bed was comfortable.

I like the kindness of the front desk person. She brought me exits towels. They even cleaned my room.

They had a fire alarm go off during my stay. Fire department came and it was a false alarm. No sense of urgency from staff.

Very outdated. So many things need to be addresses. Mainly just a complete renovation, and deep clean because no matter what you do, you can tell there has been smoking in the non smoking room for years.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. We slept well. The breakfast was excellent, and the cook did a great job of refilling the food and keeping things clean. The tea station was a nice addition as well. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast area was extremely cramped. More space would have made the stay more enjoyable. The rooms were smaller than expected. The reservation said pets were allowed. There was no mention of an extra fee. Please be up front about this extra cost.

The person who checked us in was very nice, friendly and welcoming and always greeted us with a smile.

I?ve stayed at this property several times over the past 10yrs, and this stay was the worst. My room had cobwebs over my bed and both side of the window valance, the toilet kept flushing throughout the night, the AC unit was loud when it turned. Ran out

very comfortable, clean, staff was great. easy to find and check in and out was easy.

bathroom only had shower no tub, bathroom door did not close all the way and tv remote didnt work. location was a little weird and nowhere delivered to the location except doordash

Yes, stink bugs all over the wall and ceiling in my first room. The second room has an old heater unit and hard to operate. Lastly, I overheard people complaining about rooms already being occupied. Staff should know what's truly vacant.

The beds were comfortable.

The price was high for this room. The walls were painted and clean but the shower was old and has mold around the doors. Counter around the sink could have been wiped down more.

The gentleman that checked us in was exceptional! After checkin, come to find out our ac was not working in the room. He promptly swapped us out to another room with no issues.

In the two rooms I was in, maintenance seems to be where there is room for improving.

Location and service

Room rug was a little bit smelly when you first checked in, other than that it is perfectly good clean room

Quality for price, easy for a one-night stay

Rooms had a damp feeling, including the feel of the carpet and sheets. Bathrooms could you extra attention when cleaning in hard to reach areas. Just because they?re hard to reach doesn?t mean you shouldn?t clean them.

Nothing rooms smell and dirty very unsanitary

Nothing room stink dirty first room was worse until they switch and was still smelly and the facility really needs a make over for sure wouldn?t recommend that facility to stay I was charge with a room I didn?t stay in

Seemed up to date, clean for the most part. Friendly staff with local food recommendations.

Only downside was the bathroom vents seem to all be connected. Came back from dinner and room smelled of smoke/weed. Figured out it was coming from bathroom vent. So kept bathroom door closed to keep it from the room

Close to airport

Smelled old rooms very loud elevator did not work.. had to switch rooms twice door lock key didn?t work to work kept getting locked out
