OAKS MOTEL GREENSBORO NC

Everything the pictures online aren't what the actual motel looks like I went in for a few mins and left returned my key there were roaches in bathtub

Run down should be demolished!1st room drapes half pulled off rod 2nd room same thing couldnt close off people could look in 3 rd room had privacy but filthy burns everywhere cockroachs ,if anyone knocks on door dont answer ,, drugs questionable peopl

There is nothing positive to say about this place.

The quantity of bugs and the number of different kinds of bugs, incompetent staff who took forever to find the reservation, the air conditioner made so much noise we just sweated instead of sleeping cool. Worst lodging I¿ve ever been in.

Price was great. Staff were friendly. Location was perfect for me.

The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. I only stayed the night because I was exhausted and had an early morning the next day.

Nothing! There was a roach in the toilet and it was nasty and smelled disgustingAnd there was prostitution, loud music and drug activity the entire night outside the room! This place is more like multiple trap houses in one location

There was folks with their doors propped open playing loud music and there was what appeared to be tons of drug activity and prostitution going on

??????????⚠️This place is nothing but bugs, prostitution, and drugs, people outside walking around all night, playing music

AnythingI didn’t like not one single thing snotț this

Filthy . Bugs. Not a good area

Do not go there.

Everything. The room was scary. Broken cabinets, really sketchy electricity and half the lights didn't work. I hated the entire experience. There were obvious drug deals and people very much on drugs right outside our door. It was scary and I'll never stay there again.

The location

It had roaches. The heat barely worked. There was no shower head on the shower. Sheets was dirty.

I love how the place has been remodeled and cleaned up,I will definitely come back and also recommend them.

I didn't like i was charged more money when I booked the room online and found out it was cheaper than what I paid ?

The only thing nice about this motel is the location

This motel was filthy. The first room had drugs, housekeeping, supplies, toilet brushes, laying on the desk, roaches paint peeling in the tub not just little chips the entire tub, shower curtain and filthy. The room smelled of marijuana. There were roaches everywhere even bedbugs

Never again

Rotten fruit for breakfast. Burnt up covers. Couldn’t access reservation which was pre paid for. Drug addicts all night. Bugs all over room. Online advertisement misleading. Staff usually unavailable.

STAY AWAY!

One of the worst places I have stayed in my life !. First of all the pics don’t reflect the actual place ! The room had hairs on inside the bed !!!! Not only that but the comforter had cigarettes burns all over it, the curtains had slashed and cut !!!the were bugs tiny cockroaches on the floor alive .. I have videos!

Worst decision i’ve ever made

It was roaches it was dirty there were drug addicts everywhere and banging on the door and harassing us i was scared for my life.

It is so shocking how a motel has nothing but drugs and prostitution. You get any type of drug you want? If you're a drug addict, there's even drug addicts living on the premises, like it's their home. Homeless people are living right outside from the motel. It's disgusting I would never ever let anyone. But you were my worst enemy.Stay there

What they really need to do is clean up. That f****** motel, the beds thinks the floor is dirty. Everything is disgusting, there's roaches. The votes is like hmm, your family, that's how they come out of the woodwork.

I asked for a refund it was horrible I didn’t even stay roaches a lot of people walking around getting high bad experience

I hated didn’t stay

Clean and comfortable room with nice amenities for the price.

Air conditioner not functioning properly

I didn't like anything about it it looks old looking has nothing but roaches it smells the staff is very rude and horrible I would never stay there ever again and the price is outrageous for the rooms I would never pay that much money I'll pay $20 a night if I had to go back there

Everything I didn't like about it gross they need to destroy those and rebuild it there's nothing but a junkie land drug dealers prostitutes

Honestly it's hard to say anything at all except for the customer service from the sweet old employees in the front

The room was infested with roaches only stayed for 3 hours trying to get deposit back and money that I paid for the room still have not received or heard anything shower toilet sink towels were not clean at all definitely would not recommend.

Avoid at all costs

Dirty, reeked of weed and cigarettes, holes in curtains
