I was not able to check in after 1am this was not told to me at the time of the reservation (which was made at approx midnight.?. Still awaiting my refund
The staff
There is nothing good I can offer about this disgusting, dreadful place. The entire place is dirty, managment sullen, inconsiderate, indifferent. Extended Stay America should be completely ashamed to offer this pile of shite to unknowing customers.

Cons -

The unsavory character's hanging out in front of the establishment gave off a safe place. My family did not even get out if the car.
The keys didn't work, needed to get staff to open the door every time. I was told this has been an ongoing issue for 5 years and company won't fix it. The room had an awful smell, I put vicks on my nose to sleep. You had to buy plates and untesils for use
Rooms are dirty and dilapidated, bare and broken. Worst of all, no one's keys were working. I DIDN'T HAVE A ROOM KEY THAT WORKED AND THE NIGHT MANAGER COULD NOT REALLY CARE LESS. BEING ABLE TO GET IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM IS NOT A LUXURY FEATURE.
