Hampton Inn & Suites Outer Banks/Corolla

It's on the beach and I booked late and was able to get a room.

It was $---/ night for a room that was not upgraded, carpet on the floor, uncomfortable bed, bath didn't drain, rust in the tub, and when I asked for a late check out I was refused. For $----, it should have been upgraded and more service.

Nice size rooms & 3 pools. Both indoor and outdoor

My shower was rusty

Location. Location. Location. Right on the beach! Breakfast was great every day. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tub and hammocks -so awesome. Guests could do laundry for free, which was great for an extended stay. Definitely coming back!

Pets are allowed and there was a dog barking like mad for hours right next to us. It forced us to shut our door and not be able to hear the ocean sounds.

Proximity to the beach. Indoor and Outdoor Pool. Lazy River.

Guest Used Towels and Garbage Bags were left outside Room Doors which made the Hotel look like a Homeless Shelter. Unsanitary and Odorous!!

Excellent service by all staff, very clean and great pools. Also, thanks for the Peloton bike in the fitness room!

We loved this hotel! It is right on the beach. It has the pools and hot tub to boot! Free use of washers and dryers to dry towels made our trip so much easier! We had a great week! The beach wasn¿t as crowded here as it is at public access so we loved it

Wish the beach access was a bit more handicapped friendly but all the access in OBX are like this I¿m sure due to tides and so forth.

Pool and location was great.

Water damage on the ceiling and air conditioner leaked all over the floor smelled musty in room.

Very clean...they upgraded us to a waterfront view with no extra charge...great breakfast included

room had very loud construction outside including large dog on site barking and port a potty visible. Could not use the patio at all and noise woke us Very dissatisfied with your staff handling of this. First man on phone was polite but didn¿t help.

Pools and rooms were clean! Provided a nice vacation for ourselves and kids. Beach access was great.

Had to ask for towels and linens for sofa bed.

Location was good distance between restaurants in Duck & Corolla. The hotel offered free laundry. It was nice having beach rentals (chairs, boogie boards, surf boards). Room had a ceiling fan which helped since the AC couldn¿t keep up. Nice place.

Great isolated location just steps to the ocean. Traffic near the restaurant/shopping/activity areas can get bogged down & parking can be a challenge, plan an extra 20min to get somewhere.

I found the front desk difficult and condescending. Not hospitable at all. This was very upsetting after traveling all day.

It¿s definitely showing it¿s age and could use some updates. Room wasn¿t as thoroughly cleaned as I would like.

Clean, 24 hour small store, breakfast, right on beach with a pool, nice room

No fan in bathroom, kinda loud, heard neighbor rooms open and close doors to balcony, room doors slam shut and are loud, toilets flushing and can hear others talking as well, almost like being in a poorly insulated / built home where you can hear others.
