Great location
Pool was really really cold, hot tub wasn’t working. For nearly 3.5 hours there were kids on our floor that were running around making lots of noise, throwing a ball against the hall walls and knocking on doors and running.

This is a beautiful hotel! I absolutely loved how clean the room was. The staff was nice, welcoming and professional. I will be vacationing again and coming back for another stay!!

Good location; nice amount of space in the room; very pleasant, helpful and professional staff; breakfast option was very convenient.
Couch mattress cover was stained(they replaced it); room smelled like weed as a result of other guests smoking near hvac unit intake (manager provided room spray, said she would address the suspected guest(s) and monitor as they could). Guest left a cat poop filled litter box on the sidewalk and then we watched her come back outside & carry it back inside- having cats inside a hotel doesn’t seem very sanitary.

Great location in Charlotte. Hotel has lots of amenities for a leisurely stay (pool, hot tub, etc). Free Continental breakfast is always a win!
Breakfast was pretty “hotel” standard, if that makes sense. Premade cheese omelettes, self serve waffle maker, etc. Nothing that would blow your mind.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very polite and helpful. The area was extremely nice. Our room was very clean and spacious. My husband and kids felt like we were home in our own little apartment!
