Room had a great layout for a family, on the beach, great pool, short drive to restaurants
The fire pits were out of order while we were there Was told the pool was heated but it did not appear to be heated

This "hotel" is about 20 years behind in general upkeep and maintenance. Room door would not close enough to lock and had a 1" open gap at the bottom.The wall supporting the door frame was about to collapse.
Staff was super friendly. Great location & clean.
Beach access. Okay pool. The A/C kept the room cool. Staff was pleasant. The pool furniture was new & in good shape. Effort has been made for good outside searing on a limited budget.
It is described as "No Frills" and that is accurate. While there were no major issues with cleanliness it equipment, we will not return. The place is old & worn out and needs a major overhaul.

Bedding could have been a bit comfier. Front desk person could have been more helpful when we asked for a second night.
Loved being so close to the beach and being able to sit on the deck and look out over the ocean.
