Staff was incredible, location is premo, nice clean pool area, great access to beachfront area, so pretty!!

Roaches. I took pictures but cannot upload them anywhere. The hotel had an overpowering smell. As if they had just bombed the place with roach killer and tried masking the smell with perfume. Waiting on my refund. Elliot said it would not be an issue.

Amenities , restaurant, and tiki bar pier

Some guests smoked and even tho we complained twice, it still contained. We were not able to enjoy our outdoor space

Location is great! Loved the oceanfront room. The Grill had good food and drinks, very convenient..

Offering a continental breakfast would be a plus. Also, indoor pool was closed, but no one's fault.

This hotel was in the perfect location to the beach, dinning, and other activities to enjoy. So many things were within walking distance which was amazing. The staff were top tier!!

Yes, the 2nd - 4th hallways were not air conditioned very well if at all. Also the elevators were very warm.

Oceanfront rooms

My son got stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes because the door handle was broken and hote maintenance had to come and replace it.

Newly renovated room

Ice machine was not working on our floor, but it was repaired after 2 days.

This hotel is ocean front, great views you feel like you are on the beach. The rooms have been recently remodeled and are clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is charming and clean, and the staff is friendly in a great location. The restaurant and bar on site were a plus.

Rooms have been revamped, really cute and beachy! I love the fact that it is not a big corporation that owns Golden Sands.

The hotel location was wonderful. We had an oceanfront view! The staff was very helpful and courteous. Restaurants etc.are a short distance.

I booked this hotel thinking I could use the indoor pool and hot tub, However, upon check in I was advised that the building they were in was having some construction work and we could not use it! Disappointing.

The indoor pool doesn't actually exist so we left and went to another hotel

The room was comfortable and the view was amazing - I was in the smaller building of the 2 & did not like the open hallway - restaurant great - they do not offer chairs & umbrellas - for the price the services could be better - Gift shop gets $4 for water

I have traveled this week for the past 15 years up and down the Carolina's and Georgia beaches. I have never had a location where the outside pool was not open. The indoor pool was advertised as heated, cold and dirty what it was. Wifi what Wifi.

Location was great, right next to the beach and super close to the tiki bar and restaurant which was really convenient.

The view from the balcony of our room wasn¿t the best right above the roof of the indoor pool. Less than ideal when you pay extra for an oceanfront balcony. The balcony itself was small, someone had dumped ice/water. The a/c unit was pretty loud as well.
