Clean room, peaceful location, very nice and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool!

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, attractive room. Convenient to I-40. Fast food nearby. WiFi OK. Great if visiting family, Waynesville, Asheville, BR Parkway. Recommended. Close attention to upkeep, cleanliness.

A sleep destination. Funky microwave & TV. Few TV channels. Coffee, juice, yogurt top breakfast choices. Make your own waffle too slow. Have to locate front desk person if needed because property is small.

Had NO elevator, the bathroom was awfully tiny & hubby was not allowed to use the Lobby restroom. No coffee or even pre-packaged breakfast (ok for virus) in Lobby, although we paid 4 it daily. Plus, one bed creaked loudly when just rolling over in sleep.

It was the lowest price according to availability but was priced too high for the quality of the room. We chose this location because breakfast was offered, but it wasn't. We should have part of our purchase price refunded.

We were not informed that there would be no breakfast at all. I understand that things have been cut back because of Covid 19, but most hotels have offered prepackaged items and drinks. We were VERY disappointed.

Room was outdated, old, not attractive. Breakfast accommodations were lacking for myself and my daughter.

The manager at the front desk was amazing. She was very prompt and professional. Always greeted us with a smile. Rooms were super clean and stocked.

The room seemed new. The bed was not worn out and was very comfortable. So were the pillows. Slept very well.

The breakfast was a little meager and the bathrooms are very small allowing for only one person in there at a time. This would not deter me from staying there again though.

Clean, soft towels, friendly and efficient staff, would definitely stay here again. It's further away from Asheville but fairly close to cataloochee, and right off the highway.

Yes. It is probably stupid, but it's one of my pet peeves. The plastic wear in the breakfast area was trash!!!! So flimsy that it would barely cut the waffles. Just junk. I think they could do better than that.

The staff was super helpful, the property was well cared for and clean. You could tell it was not a new property, but there had been upgrades and our room was spotless. No dust, even the corners and edges of the room were clean.

The sheer curtains needed to be replaced, but other than that- it was excellent.
