The hotel staff are top notch. Even though I did not eat breakfast, the breakfast looked enticing and well put together.

The bedding is really flimsy. The sheets are okay but the bedspread/ comforter are so flimsy and thin. I would expect better from Hilton brand.

Customer service is top notch They are friendly and have listening ears

Have to go downstairs to warm food and to make coffee. No microwave in the room or coffee maker

I like the look, feel and location of the hotel.

I do not like that the terms and conditions of incidental charges are not provided in the reservation process; not even in the fine print. An incidental charge is required at the time of check in. The incidental charge was more than the cost of the room.

I love the minimalistic feel of this hotel and the rooms - no dresser but plenty of room under the bed for suitcases and hooks on the wall for clothes, no coffee pot but plenty of hot drinks in the lobby, no microwave because who uses a microwave?

The rooms are clean and the beds are the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. Stayed here twice now and both times great experiences!

You can’t stream Prime on their TVs.

No ice maker on the 4th floor had to go to the 1st floor to get ice

The Front Desk Staff were the best ever! They helped us so very much and were genuinely happy and so nice! Best hotel stay I?ve had in years. One last praise was the Cleaning Attendants and their Manager. The beds were so very comfortable! Quality ?!

The only thing I didn?t like but could live with was you?re not able to cast your shows to tv or open Prime App. You could do Disney, Netflix, and few others.

The later check-out time and later hour that breakfast is served.

Could smell some "weed" throughout the hallway the night I checked-in. Also would have appreciated a simple wifi password instruction given with check-in. Your desk person was nice, but would rather have had simple instructions without the challenges.

It was clean, the staff was friendly and I felt safe.

Upon entry the night clerk was more than accommodating. She offered several times to assist me with getting to my room. I declined, but really appreciated the offer. She was also very professional and knowledgeable of her surroundings.

Clean and comfy. Bed and pillow were extremely comfortable. Coffee good w/ real 1/2 n 1/2. Breakfast was very good (bacon great, pancakes great, no mess) and easy to take to go for those of us eager to hit the road.

The front desk clerk was not very welcoming. We arrived around midnight and the entry door was locked. She pretended not to see us and was very sarcastic in her tone once we were inside. Rude and impatient. Seems we were in her house not a paying customer

The shower was fantastic. Great pressure and hot water.

Parking was somewhat an issue with the large busses taking up spaces.

Updated rooms. Glass shower doors, super friendly staff., nice breakfast!

The shower did not work and the front desk was very rude about it. I had a funeral to get to and didn?t have time for this.

Loved this hotel!! Really friendly staff! And rooms were 100% clean and quiet. Spacious bathroom with good products. Modern design and decorations were fun. Breakfast lasted until 10 which we loved. Info on area stuff posted on wall near elevator

Scrambled eggs at breakfast were powdered eggs which I don?t like. Bathroom lights a bit too bright and harsh.

The best thing was the shower and the lady that did the breakfast

There was hairs in my shower before I used it and the floor was dirty and the staff at the front counter was hit or miss If they were kind or not

The rooms were spacious and clean. The on-duty desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful.

It was not the hotel's fault but was further away from Elon University.
