Hampton Inn & Suites Burlington

Good breakfast.

HVAC system sounded like a 747 taking off at an airport. Very loud. Had to turn it off even though it was cold in the room.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and well layed out.

First night the fire alarm went off for about 5 minutes or so. We called the front desk who told us you alright and to stay in our room. I would have overlooked this experience except for today when after having renewed my stay for another

A knock at the door shortly after I got a call from the front desk from employee who told me was I checking out today. I told her we had already renewed our reservation. She said she would check and then told me yes but keys would not work. Racist overt

Close to everything in Burlington especially my intended destination. Inexpensive. Easy access to the interstate.

I love the Hampton Inns no matter where I go! Best comforters on the beds, the 24 hour coffee available in the lobby, and the staff couldnt be nicer!!! Hotel was spotless, room was beautiful!

We like the studio king room, because it has a loveseat. It allows a couple to relax and watch TV together. Also, the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was spotless.

Proximity to the college

Yes. They put a hold on a credit card I did not want to use and won’t release it even though the room is now paid for in full. They should never charge a card before verifying or charge twice. They front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when aske

No complimentary internet, Lousy blanket arrangement...either a thin sheet or something designed for Antartica.

Our family of 6 stayed in one room and there was ample space.

It is in an excellent location for where I need to stay. It is well run and the staff is always welcoming. This establishment, unlike a neighboring facility, is how a hotel should be run.

The rather industrial view into the ATT work station parking lot - not a lot Hampton Inns & Suites can do to alter this eyesore

Clean, polite staff

Tv didn't work. No attempt to fix it. Eventually switched rooms. Needed two beds, had to take king and share a bed.

Facility was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Location was ideal for our trip. After some very stressful days, having the Outback right there made it easy to get something to eat.

Breakfast was the bare minimum. While the room was large a spacious, it lacked any privacy. There was no soda available in the market.

Staff was wonderful--very personable, professional and welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. Also very quiet at night.

The receptionist was very courteous. Room was clean. Everything was awesome
