Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good location

Moist air-- could use a dehumidifier. Bathroom.s could use some tlc.

the hotel certainly met our expectations from location, to the appearance from lobby to our room. the front desk were excellent for our checking in process and any questions.the room itself was very pleasant, and a very nice bathroom.

getting a room that everyting works new Room 212 given but the next morning somebody was drilling into the wall @ 8:15am no sleep

Room 138 the TV would not come in( meaning the channels in & out and the phone not working. Room 113 the TV did not work at all and the phone was not connected(no dial tone or nothing) this never happen B4 so I decided 3 strikes you out. another rm give

Our room smelled strongly of fresh enamel paint. We both reacted to the prolonged exposure with asthma issues. Told the from desk said no rooms available to move to due to one or more floors shut down being remodeled. Will not return to this hotel

The staff was friendly, helpful, polite and respectful!!!

Musty odor. Ice machine not working on the floor, tub stopper not intact, refrigerator not in good working condition and then Toilet overflowed and had to move to another room.

The room was nice, clean, conveniently located, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was very good, some of the best continental breakfast bacon I've had! And the manager was so nice, very genuine and seemed to care very much. Would stay again!

The only thing that would have made it better would have been an inside pool/hot tub, but I would stay again either way!

Omg DJ, The breakfast lady and Ms Carol I believe her name was. Was just so fantastic and very friendly and professional.

Courteous staff, unlimited coffee and comfortable bed.

Room was dusty and had crumbs left in it.

I liked the cleanliness and professional Staff.

The only thing I didn't like was the small TV. That should be upgrade to a bigger screen and there should be a guide for the channels so the customer will know what channels they have to watch.

Cracked walls, chipping paint. Caulking in the bathroom covering mold. Rooms need a refresh.

Location: close to highway and the town. Relatively quiet

The room was not clean: hair on the floor and bathtub, multiple plastic beads on the carpet, dust piled up in the bathroom, on the coffee maker and around the coffee maker. Breakfast: ran out of food and coffee.

The hotel was so disgusting. Didn¿t clean the room at all. We found eyelashes, and mold in the bathroom. There was sunflower seeds all over the bedroom and nail clippings. Notified hotel about the issue. Offered to clean and just re made our beds. Gross.

Rude staff, hung up on, didn¿t tell us pool was closed because of ¿covid¿. Not listed on website. But if COVID¿s and issue, shouldn¿t all staff be wearing a mask?

Nice & clean

I had a room next to somebody that had a dog. The wall are very thin(if you know what I mean) The stopper in the sink wasn't working well

The manager and staff were super friendly.

The infrastructure of building was weak. Bathroom was not as clean as most Holiday InnExpresses I've stayed in. Water pressure low and there was no real hot water - just warm ish.

Rooms were clean, modern, comfortable, even a little fancy. Bathroom well-designed. All staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the breakfast servers. Loved having one server for all guests to keep everyone safer.

Seems that most hotels on this trip swimming pool and fitness rooms were not open due to staffing shortage!!

At check in the staff was nice and went above and beyond with assigning me in, she was very professional and welcoming and explained everything in detailed to me. The best part her positive attitude whwn she noticed I had my companion dog and ok my stay.

the maid service was horrible they didnt even to offer to empty my garbage in the mornings no clean towels were given daily ....
