OYO Hotel Burlington South

The staff was very honest about the situation.

I never stayed at this hotel. When I arrived to the address the hotel presented itself as The Maple Hotel. In addition most of the property looked run down with construction and little electricity. They didn¿t have my booking and told me to get my refund

Was convenient at the time.

There is no elevator to get up to the second floor. Pipe leaked in bathroom overnight and flooded bathroom.

Nothing at all.

There were bed bugs under the bed and in the sheetz. The bathroom was very dirty and the tub. Towels were not clean. There was a lot of smoking allowed in the non smoking area. The room and hallway had a very bad smell to it. Had to leave. Terrible.

The beds were ok.

No chairs, coffe maker, and only one trash can inthe room.

Nothing. Customer service was terrible. We could not find anyone at front desk.

Everything. They gave us a room and then gave it to someone else, hours later while I was out. And it was a chaos

Didn't like anything didn't look like the picture and I ended up not staying the hole weekend

The room was not clean there was cigarette buds on the tables just didn't looked like it wasn't clean

Very dirty hotel, room had not been cleaned in a long time, exterior doors did not lock, room did not lock, sheets and bed spread had holes, no towels in room, pictures online did not match in person experience

The front desk had 0 Covid precautions in place. No masks, no guards between the customer and clerk, no hand sanitizer. The hallway had a distinct odor. The TV in my room would not work. The vending machine was mostly empty. Hard to navigate to the hotel.

There was nothing about this hotel, once finding it I was told I would need to pay a 200$ deposit, after trying to find another hotel while I sat in the lobby, decided to just pay, which I got back the next day..the room was dirty cold.

This hotel was dirty the rooms were cold and it was very load in the halls all night long.

The room had a not fresh smell.the plug in the bathroom didn't work. The entrance was not kept. The hall smelled and needs to be updated. The ice machine had mold. WE SLEPT IN OUR CLOTHING AND USED A MY TRAVEL BLANKET TO LAY HEADS ON

Will never ever return.

Location was it's best asset and the staff tried very hard to accommodate the challenges of dealing with bed bugs found in our hotel room after the first night.

We found bed bugs in our room and in the bed. We had to move our room late night at about midnight to another room. But by then we were sop paranoid of sleeping with the light son that we ended up experiencing a terrible night of sleep

Shower caulk was moldy. Floors were dirty/dusty. Lamps were unplugged - had to love the entire bed to plug in. When bed was moved saw remnants of insects. Hotel stopped serving continental breakfast in november 2016. Listing should be updated to reflect

Not much! this place was run down, not well lite, very dirty halls and the bathroom shower barely worked.

The bathroom was dirty with previous towels left. There were cigarette butts on the table and drawer had a pack of cigarettes in it and paste on finger nails. the bath tub was corners were dirty and the knob was missing to turn on the shower

This hotel was no what was pictured on the website. When get into our room and the floor is nasty and there are cigarette ashes all over the bed and floor and we order a room that was non smoking. Window didn't lock it was broke. This place was filthy.

Nice pool area

Beds were very bad, area was horrible. The halls smelled like pot part of the visit and pee the rest of it

The shower was good

Dog hair on sheets, some of the lights didn't work, remote didn't work for the TV. And the room stunk like they mopped it with dirty mop water.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

There was no breakfast as was listed on the website, and there was only one plug in for our phones, which were not by the bed.
