Courtyard by Marriott Burlington

The location was perfect! Close to shopping and the interstate, that's always a super plus for me.

I was very pleased with my stay. As I was preparing to get dressed for an event, I noticed there was not a full length mirror!! As a matter of fact there was only one mirror and it was over the sink.

Hotel is very new and well decorated for comfort.

The room was extremely dusty. The mattress was EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable. The worst part was location. Although I realized when I booked it was next to the interstate, I did not expect the volume of traffic noise all night long.

THE BED WAS AMAZING!!! The staff was so friendly, from all shifts, working on a holiday, they were awesome!! It is expensive, but, worth it. I've NEVER had such comfort in a hotel bed. I can't speak enough about the bed and staff.

The "restaurant ". It's not really a restaurant, the menue is limited I wish they had oatmeal and grits and pizza. Honestly, it's expensive and there are restaurants close by . I will say French toast was good, just expensive for plastic utensils & ¿

We were charged again for the room by the hotel and took a week to finally get it resolved. No management available to assist. I had to go to the corporate office.

The shower was dirty, there was mildew and random hair on the floors. There was a huge urine stain on the mattress. The telephone had buttons missing and when I went to contact the front office, it continued to dial 911 (which was strange).

I¿ll never stay here again.

Professional Staff, Clean room with one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on while traveling.

Friendly staff and associates. The air conditioner was not very effective. I did mention to the front desk, but it wasn't corrected. thankfully, the weather wasn't exceptionally hot.

For the price, I believe the least that Marriott could do would be to place 2 bottles of water in each room every day.

Hotel was under renovation and the hotel clerk placed us in a room that had workers begin to hammer and rip out our window frames when he could have put us on the other side. Hotel was empty. Baby cried all morning . Staff was horrible

The hotel lobby and outside is under construction. It wasn’t as nice as it could’ve been. All the restaurant facilities are closed. There was a shortage of care products in the room such as body wash and lotion and the desk not have any of those items

Hotel Room itself was fine. No water available after check in. Not even a bottle of water was distributed so we could brush our teeth. Hotel, itself was under re-construction and the construction noise in the morning was your wakeup call!

After check in and moving our luggage into the room,we were told1/2hrlater that there was no water available and it was shutdown. Wecouldnotshower before going to bed,had to wait until the next morning,could not even brush teethorflush toiletawoketoconst

Clean

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds and they didn't have one available. Story was that they didn't have one with a working TV . Got upgraded to a king with sleeper sofa. This was NOT an upgrade. Disappointed.

Staff, very helpfull. Arrived early and they did a great job in getting me checked in early.

Spacious room. Very clean and well maintained. Great location, near shopping mall, restaurants, movie cinemas.

Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

All staff provided very friendly and courteous service. Location was also great, right off the interstate.

The room smelled quite musty, and although we were pleased with the cleanliness, you can only do so much to make an outdated bathtub/shower look good. I expected better, and would opt for a more updated hotel next time.
