Nothing at all. Front desk lady's told me no extra pillows for the 2 adults who thought we were getting a king bed and got a full. And also was told they weren't going to deal with me. House keeping lady was nice

Room was dirty. Tv would only play 5 channels none of the hdmi ports worked. Reserved a king bed for 2 adults was given a full wasn't informed till I got in the room. Only had 2 pillows, told they WOULD NOT give me another. Couldn't get a plug for the tub

Rundown, too many ¿permanent ¿ residents, bare minimum amenities, highway noise, tv didn¿t work the first night, small pillows, noisy bed

Everything Its nasty dirty drug infested and the staff acts nice to your face... I have so many pictures and videos of just how disgusting it really was junkies nodding out right in the parking lot and staff did absolutely nothing

I was very unsatisfied, as the room smelled like mold and very musty. I have lung issues and this is very unexceptiable. The bathroom floor had bumps in the floor and was very soft like it was going to fall through due to rot.

I stayed in the room for 5 min and said I can not stay here. I went and checked out and the person working said they had to charge me for the night, I was not happy and left the motel and will never stay at a Motel 6 again.

Flooring in room was weak. Mattress needed replacing.

Location was awesome! Room was nice and cool and able to accommodate my pooch and my family well.

Could use an update, especially to the exterior of the hotel.

The room smelt like an ashtray, multiple cigarette burns in the bedding, on the tub and on counter top at sink.

Room stunk. Tv was from the 80's. no hair dryer. Bed was terriable. Sheets and bed spread had cig burns

Nothing. The room had roaches. Tv was out of date along with everything else in the rooms.

Perhaps one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in the US. Just about everything was wrong with this place. Shabby lobby, smoke saturated room despite "no smoking room" designation, towels like thin rags...I could go on. The bed, however, was comfy.

My room key did not work & we had to had to be moved to another room.

Staff was very friendly.

It was very noisy. Kids just running around all types of hours of the night banging on doors, screaming, just being crazy. Neighbors were banging on their walls and talking loud. Bath towels had hair on them so did my bed. Room couldve been cleaned better

The second shift front desk was really pleasant.

The door didn't lock. The bathroom door was broken. There was writing on wall and the receptacles wouldn't hold the plug inside it we left a day early and they refused to refund that day..

The only thing I like was the location and the lady at the desk when I checked out she was sweet and kind the first time I went made me want to go back even if it looked dangerous to be there.

I didn’t like the fact when I showed up to check in I waited at the window for five minutes. Plus I called and this lady picked up I told her I was there to check in and she said very rudely I’m in the bathroom and hung up on me. So I went back to the car to wait. About 3 minutes later I see moving around in the office so I go back inside and wait at the window. She was sitting at the desk looking at me. After 2 minutes she gets up and comes to the window didn’t say a word just stared at me. I then said my name and I had a reservation. She turned to the computer looks up my name and then goes to the desk grab a piece of paper looks at it and types something in the computer then turns to me and said your card was declined o told her because it’s locked and I’m paying in cash. She smacks her teeth and exhaled hard then goes back to doing something in the computer. I then slide my money and Id through the slot and waited she then says it will be $61.46 she grabs my money. Handed me some to sign and gave me my key. I asked do you mind if you walk with me to check the room out before I get it she said we don’t do that here. So I’m in the room for about 3 hours then get a phone saying I need to come and pay for the room before check out time. I was confused because I had already paid I said ma’am I already paid in cash and she said that my employee said that you refused to pay the $20 deposit for the non smoking room. She said you said you wasn’t paying that and walked off. I got upset packed up my stuff and went to the office. I talk to the manager I think and she said the same thing she said to me on the phone so I stopped her from further lying on me . I said I don’t like being lied on and your employee lied and said that I refused to pay a $20 fee she never told me about and I will not be back here. I’m ready to check out she was like no no I’m so sorry I should’ve checked the video before I even called you.

No breakfast. Bed was okay. sink stopped up. toilet. running water all night.
