Location to Elon University is excellent

Hotel smells like mold, staff does not clean your room daily, change sheets, pick up trash and did not providetoiletpaper. I had to ask for toilet paper, clean towels and put the trash or dirty towels outside to be picked up.

Dirty, furniture broken, holes in walls, mold in bathroom. People screaming outside our room.

first of all i didn¿t appreciate how the front desk agent kept insinuating that if we smoked in the room i wouldn¿t get my money back i didn¿t appreciate the dirty towels, rags i slept on dirty sheets plus when the lights went out bugs come out

Bugs. Stains on chair. Hairs in bed and on toilet.

Clean and staff was good

Burn holes in bed spread. Breakfast was very poor

For the amount of money paid, the free breakfast was minimal. They couldn't even offer any complimentary items. Towels being in the top shelf while taking a shower is not cool

Was cursed at when trying to get another pillow was charged 3 times for the room the owner told me he was not going to refund me because he didn't take my money cursed me out again hand hung up on me

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

There were some things that needed repair in the room, specifically bathroom door knob was broken, gap below entrance door. The location of the hotel was very good but you could hear all of the road noise. The hotel is old and needs renovations.

Convenience from where my business in area was located. It made it convenient for food search, great location. The only real dissatisfaction I had with stay was I walked around barefoot and wire from frayed carpet stuck in my foot

This place was filthy. Not dirty filthy. I wioldnt put pigs in this room overnight. The only reason I stayed is because the other hotels in the area were booked solid. The carpet was so disgusting I wouldn't walk on it without shoes on

The location was great, I didn't know my way around but there were stores and restaurant every were.

The front desk clerk was very rude stating that "disability people have a lot of problems".

It's location and Price

The tub had a hole in it. Not the drain hole, but it had cracked and had a patch put over the area. My wife who is 1/2 my weight, cracked the patch while taking a shower. My foot would have went completely through it. Need to replace the tub.

It had a great location however the carpet could really use a shampoo. They were nasty.
