Nothing good about this hotel

Iy felt very unsafe. The room was so dirty I slept in full clothes.

Bed sheets smelled like they had not been washed, the best was simply made up.

Closeness to stores

Very old looking. Run down. Alot of noise and yelling in the am hours

Nothing because they don't even have breakfast, they take them for fools showing off a good breakfast and they don't have anything

When I entered the room there was a bad smell and I moved the dresser and there were some rotten instant soups under the table. There were pieces of chicken and skin in the bathroom.

There was a great deal of roaches, tubs were horrible and staff racist!!

Room was spacious and clean, amenities were fine.

Breakfast not provided. Even though it was advertised. Theere was very loud noise coming in to my room from next door, as someone taking shower or using rest room and people talking in the hall. This loud noises very bothersome. Soundproof room needed

Bed bugs, roaches, holes in the walls, the bedding is thin and rough, holes in sheets, tub/shower area is terrible I would take a shower there fully clothed

I checked in and walked back out. The hallway smelled like marijuana and the odor went into the room. There was drug activity which I cannot overlook as I am with my infant daughter.

GERMAN COCKROACHES! Drips of filth running down walls, tiles loose and not attached to bathroom floor, numerous holes in walls not repaired, door frame was kicked in and barely repaired, countless burn holes in nonsmoking room bedding, headboard detached

The front desk staff is always friendly, helpful & attentive to my needs

The staff was friendly. The AC got very cold.

Roaches in the room (not like a single bug, several that were perfectly happy to be out in the daytime). It rained multiple days and half of the room flooded from water coming in thriving m through the AC.

everything. supposedly nobody could cancel the trip and nobody is offering a refund. there were bedbugs and roaches in the lobby. you stole $200 from me.

A they lied no breakfast Wich I wanted!! Poor customer service....found dirty blanket on my bed poor lighting!!

It was a disgusting mess! There were bugs everywhere! Roaches and flies and ants infested. Both rooms I had, the furniture was broken or missing, and there was no manager on site when I was there so I could check out and get a refund. I still left. Gross!

Convenient location

Hotel was not kept up. The room had several cosmetic issues, things were broken and it was dirty and smelled. I definitely would not stay here again.

It need more cleaning and door need to be more safe when I stayed there the window was broking out of the entrance door, I didn't feel safe cause people was coming in and didn't have a room there

I am not the person who stayed but I allowed my son to use my card number to reserve a room. He stayed 2 nights, the first he paid cash, and the second he used my card. It is my understanding the room was --- a night and my card was charged $---.

It was not clean and had cockroach we had to leave for all the bugs
