- Pleasant staff, clean room and an ideal location if you want to visit beech and sugar mountain ski resorts. The scenery once you step in hotel parking lot is simply amazing
Cons -
- LAs habitaciones estaban sucias, las almohadas son viejas y nada comodas. al igual que las camas, no son comodas.
- Rooms are clean but very average, with very thin walls. Breakfast too is sub-standard and not worth the premium price. In hindsight we could have got better options in Boone at a better price which is just 20 min away.
- Yes! Front desk staff member was very unprofessional and rude . I requested to cancel second night of a two night reservation which made her upset. Request was eventually resolved with two emails to the General Manager. The hotel is old and needs updating

Location is good for visiting Beech Ski Mountain.
