Good price and a decent room

The included breakfast didn't have any fruit.

Convenient, good price, water in fridge, and good enough continental breakfast. Clean flooring and sink vanity which looked new.

The older lady training a young girl was not nice to her. Very unprofessional. The shower curtain was brown along the bottom. The shower was dirty and gross to the point of me not wanting to stay there again. TV remote didn't work.

They have breakfast. It's nothing too special. $--- for a night is a fair price.

Rooms could use some sprucing up and fixes. Everything is clapped out and past due to invest money into a real renovation.

For a 'roadside motel', it was remarkably clean, with no strong smells, no strong perfumy smells, just a nice clean room. Friendly staff, no problems.

There was no central heat; hear was provided by a space heater. It heated very adequately, and was a newer model; but it was a little noisy, so I had to turn it on and off as I needed heat. Overall the room was exceptional for the price.

It was kind of a dump. Carpet was dirty in hallways and steps, door didn't shut good, no fan or window in bathroom, toilet didn't always flush first time,the one window wouldn't open, a/c unit very loud. Doors from outside into building remained unlocked

It was an hour away from where I had to be.

Mostly Everything. The A/C was not operating. There was no hair dryer, coffee maker and when I asked for ice, I was told that a bag is $1.50. The price I paid was way out of line for this 1/2 star hotel. The Worst Motel 6 is Much better than this place

Owner and staff very likeable.

Rm had stale cigarette odor-listed as smoke free-in a basement with only one small window at actual street level-Lighting minimal.Table & nite stand were actually kind of sticky-thinking due to dampish basement-but sheets & towels clean. No amenities.

One of two places to stay in a small town. Beds comfortable but small. Nightly rate cheap. Get what you pay for kind of place.

Mold in bathroom. There was no pet area (no grass or lot for them to potty in) and I was charged a pet fee for my service dog, but it was only $10. TV has mostly Spanish channels. The floor was not cleaned before we checked in. Breakfast was offered but we did not eat there. Food must be consumed in breakfast room and not taken out or you will forfeit your room without refund.

The owner is a very nice guy and really tries to be as accommodating as possible. We have stayed here several times and will continue to choose this hotel in the future.
