Comfort Inn Bozeman Near University

Location, large room

Quite dated. Hard bed

The location is acceptable

The room had bugs and the room was damp and had a horrible musty smell almost like they wet it and never dried.

Location, cleanliness, and overall amenities.

Has an elevator, luggage carts, washer & dryers.

Breakfast ended too early and was way too crowded.Too much chlorine in pool and spa.

Hotel location, room size, nice size pool and hot tub.

Room AC unit has no thermostat to set a temperature. It has a dial on the unit to select cold or hot. Hot tub has so much chlorine that our eyes were burning and we could still smell it after couple showers.

Customer service is excellent, easy checking in and checking out.

As store maintenance person I look for cleanliness and empty trash cans and the trash can was full at breakfast time. Otherwise everything was great!

Exceptionally clean room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet! Was nice to have lemon water and cookies waiting in the lobby.

I was there two nights and housekeeping never showed up.

The staff was so kind, professional and compassionate. Best part of the stay

The pool, hot tub, breakfast, the bath tub, & how spacious the rooms are.

It was clean. I was treated like a Person. I was not given room 227- which has happened more than I expected. Full and delicious breakfast! Quiet respectful staff.

Great price- but the hotel is aging. Many of the hotels are.

The hotel had very poor noise isolation and the lobby was full of loud TV sound from many rooms even at 10 pm at night

The hotel room was in basement and had very less ventilation . It was full of tv sounds and there was a big spider in the bathroom. My little one was very scared

The breakfast was good and there was little to no noise. The woman serving the breakfast was very personable and went out of her way to make us feel appreciated.

We booked for a pet friendly hotel yet they charged us $50 over what we had already paid for having pets, carpets were stained, curtains didn't close out the light all the way, photos showed a couch which we really wanted, but there wasn't one.

Hot Breakfast

The room we were given, had a horrible smell, but the staff kindly moved us to another room at our Request

Nice pool & exercise area. Good location for food.

The room was clean and quiet. Close to restaurants, and the staff was so helpful.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our questions and recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner. Hotel met all of our expectations.

The lighting outside is limited.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was excellent.

Convenience, Cleanliness, decent breakfast, and efficient and friendly staff.

The internet was weak at peak hours. Probably overloaded with the number of guests in the house.

The girl who checked me in and breakfast

Extremely loud people all night going up and down the stairs, found an earring under my top sheet. Bed was most definitely not a queen.

Staff was very courteous and helpful.

The room was absolutely filthy and smelled so badly we were unable to sleep. I purchased febreze, sprayed down the entire room and it still didn't change the smell. The floor was so filthy walking 10 steps made the bottom of my black!!!!
