Hampton Inn by Hilton Starkville Mississippi State University

The hotel is always nice & clean. Very quiet & peaceful place to get rest for the night.

The room was super-clean and the breakfast was great

The loud laughter and talking of employees at the desk instead of replenishing the coffee. A lot of goofing off

Close proximity to campus, newly renovated(So still under construction) Loved all of the MSU decor and theme. Nice pool area.

Very good communication and service by the manager of the hotel. Outstanding

Minor details yet to be completed in the room following the renewal that is ongoing.

We love this hotel, they are currently remodeling but it was still very clean.

Walls are thin, I was up one night for a while due to other customers.

Fire alarm went off in the morning. Ordered a king room with a refrigerator and microwave was put in handicap room. Noisy. Poor breakfast. Normally Hampton is fine this was not.

It was convenient to campus

Not enough parking - but it was a very big weekend at MSU, so maybe that isn't a problem, generally. Room smelled a little musty.

The breakfast was wonderful new location was, I mean you could get a better location.

I was in room 225, the toilet seat was broke. The toilet inside toilet bowl was brown stained. If you know what I mean it did not look nice, but it was a stain. It was pour water pressure in the toilet and the shower they were very few electrical plug-ins

Just a little old and the breakfast area was not as clean

We left our phone on the bed and now they said that they never found it I Penned the last location and it was there before it shut off so someone stole our phone and I want it back

Location to Mississippi State University

They had a busy weekend and had no breakfast left.

The place itself was clean and nicely decorated and up to date. The staff was wonderful. We were very happy with our stay.

No mini fridge or microwave in the room.

Bathroom could have used some cleaning. Toilet had A ring around the bowl and stained. Staff needs to be Introduced to Tilex. Hair in tub.

Convenient location to Mississippi State. Very good customer service each time we've ever visited. An excellent breakfast menu.

Not a typical Hampton Inn. Worn and very dirty!!! Didn't sleep at all.

Location, comfortable beds

Staff were quite neutral, not overly pleasant or helpful. The main compaint I had was about safety, one of the end hall doors that you enter from the outside stayed unlocked, anyone could enter the hotel, that needs addressed.

the local was great and convenient. also the hotel has recently been updated

the towels and bed sheets did not look clean

location and price for room and also free breakfast!!!

Parking is the only issue.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. It was located near Mississippi State campus and places to eat like we wanted.
