Quality Inn Starkville near University

The place was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Shattered mirror in the bathroom with broken glass on the floor. Stained comforter, hair on the coffee maker. Booked it for a week. Stayed 5 mins. Didn't want to catch anything. Gross. Nasty. Filthy.

Where it is located. They need to close it...quickly, tear it down, and build a new hotel there. It is the best location in town. The building and everything about it is an abomination.

We used to stay at this hotel years ago when it was THE Holiday Inn in Starkville. The hotel seems to be managed and run by one guy, an Indian gentleman who is clearly in over his head. The first room he checked us in to was filthy. There's much more.

Did not like anything at all about this hotel.

Someone was in room the first night, had to get my own new key was told how to do it by a worker on phone who was nowhere to be found.

This is a transient hotel with horrible rooms. The first room had holes in the ceiling, light by washbasin out. The remote for the tv in that room not working, the tub is not clean, the refrigerator had no shelves and microwave not working. We finally

Everything. The front desk has plastic which has a square cut-out and masking tape on it. The back lot is horrible with rocks and trash and no bucket for ice.

It was clean and early check in was available

The room smelled like cigarette and pot smoke. The wood floor and dresser mirror were wet from humidity. Free breakfast was advertised but not available

The location was good. Close to everything I needed.

Room was horrible. Dresser was broken. Bed sheets stained. Light bulbs missing. Trash in the trash cans still. HORRIBLE

The pictures online do not match this motel. It is not a hotel at all..It looks scary at night. I was very disappointed. The towels were not white and brown dirt cane out if the faucets.

Location, price. Excellent cable.

Could use a little modernizing in the rooms.

We stayed at this hotel before when it was under another name. There have been a lot of upgrades/changes and it was a much more pleasant experience this time.

Very trivial but the outside color needs to be changed. Orange is not attractive. A nice soothing cream color would be more welcoming.

Cleanliness. Thin walls.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Good shower, water was hot and pressure was very good! Bed was very comfortable.

This motel does need updating, but it appears they are working on that. The walls and ceiling appeared to have been recently painted, the bathroom had definitely been recently updated with new flooring, tile and vanity.

Most of the staff were friendly. One was actually helpful.

Cheapest place I’ve ever encountered, except for the price, which was $20-30 higher than the Days Inn a block away, and the Days Inn had a pool. Wifi did not work in my room, and my complaints went unanswered. Toilet leaked; no plumber for two days.

The pictures of the place was maybe when it was new. When we got to our rooms the floors was dirty the tub had hair all in it . We had piece rolls of tissue. We had only two towels no bath clothes or hand towels. No coffee or creamer for the coffee pot.

The environment very unsafe I did not stay

Nothing but that I had a roof over my head it was dirty and unfinished at the ceiling

it was nasty... the beds had wet spots on them... they have bed bugs! I will never stay there again

Remote didn’t work television , beds were horrible, the sink ran all night and wouldn’t shut off , the shower head was up to my shoulders ,
