There was no hot breakfast foods. There was no elevator the towels were thread bare you could see through them and the bed spread had burn hole in it all over. We had a smoke free room. The one man was unkempt no uniform. The room had a mildew smell too

I booked a room that had a tub because Im partially handicapped and the room we where given had only a stand up shower

Need to update the sheets, clean/replace bathroom walls looked like spots of mold.

Upon check in, the cleanliness was questionable. Housekeeping was accommodating and cleaned the areas requested with a wonderful and helpful attitude. The staff as a whole was kind and welcoming.

The room we ended up with had an adjoining room where it sounded like every time their door was opened/closed the connecting door rattled. We had to get an upstairs room where it was difficult for my husband, who had a recent knee replacement.

Clean, reasonable price, location.

After the first night stay, the room was not cleaned or the sheets changed . After a long lay and getting in , management gave us new towels.

The location was close to the funeral home. We would have stayed elsewhere but everything else was booked due to a national tournament. We experienced many issues but only stayed there in the evening when no one is on staff.

HEALTH & SAFETY HAZARDS! Roaches, mold, mildew, broken air conditioning unit and rude staff. Upon checkout I let the manager know of the issues; I never once asked for a refund, but an apology would have been nice.

Location, front-desk/cleaning staff was friendly, rooms were clean and updated, felt safe, great wifi, parking was sufficient, very close to the roads needed for travel and a nice (newer) convenience store within walking distance.

Overall stay was good, hotel was nice. I can only complain about tiny stuff- bathroom was a little small but clean, manager seemed preoccupied/busy upon check-in and was a little short on courtesy.

Seems safe location, pool good size for a swim(shallow though) after long drive open to 10. Brkfst substantial;eggs, sausage/waffle biscuit cereals , gas/24 hr store next to. Quiet and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Cable/wifi easy to use/access

Longer hours on pool(later and early so if arrive late after driving you can have swim or if needing to leave early, you can dip before) Earlier Breakfast(or partial available) before 6 -for people need/wanting to be on road earlier.

Clean room. Good A/C, WiFi, Cable. Close to gas, highway, small shopping center, and restaurants. Free parking, breakfast and outdoor pool. No pests, noises, or odors within building.

Room chairs were wobbly. Very, very late at night (11PM or later), bugs would congregate outside exterior door to 2nd floor hallway.

Convince

I did not know it was a smoking room. My wife is still sick. We would not have stayed if we had known. We did not check itin until after midnight.
