Comfort Inn Willow Springs US 60 and US 63

No opinion, they don’t actually accept dogs (over 15 pounds) at this hotel.

I paid for the hotel but didn’t stay because they don’t accept dogs over 16 pounds.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless, and the hotel was quiet.

The staff was all friendly

The sheets had a lot of stains on them but my boyfriend wouldn't let me complain so we could get clean sheets

Clean comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff. Quick check in.

Very expensive room rate.

It was very clean and friendly staff.

A little bit of issue while checking in.

Clean quiet and very professional

Would we stay there again, yes we would. Everyone was very helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The ladies (3) tending to the breakfast bar were on top of it.

Everything about this place was great. Nice and clean and a nice pool w/ spa tub. The nearby restaurant had the best food and ppl. Oregon was great all the way around.

Clean. Full breakfast. Good food

Highway noise. Didn¿t go on all night though

The hotel was so clean. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk with. Made us feel welcome and that we had everything we needed.

Not that I disliked liked anything, the food was delicious. Just wished they would of been open until 10:00AM.

We told them the night we got there our plans had changed (we were there for a grandsos funeral) and that we would be leaving a day early. They said no problem but still charged us the 4th night!! We had to fight to get our money back

Arrived after 12 hours of driving to "pet friendly" hotel... was told we couldn't stay because our dog was over FIFTEEN pounds. No exceptions. Had to find a hotel in next town.

Nice quiet clean place to stop and get a good nights sleep.

Best continental breakfast I've ever had at a 2.5 star hotel! And the sweet lady to does the breakfast was a delight!

bo complaints

Comfortable, clean, & great breakfast. Stayed with young children and was very comfortable

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was better than most I've had at more expensive hotels. This hotel far exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was good, the lady putting out the food was pleasant and made sure there was enough of everything. The rooms were clean and large. Location was right off the highway. Very safe.

The first room we checked into smelled strongly of cigarettes, (the entire hotel is non-smoking). The key cards wouldn't work for the second room we were given. Finally settled into a third room.

Motel close to highway. Easy for travelers. Motel very clean, staff friendly. Beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast had lots of choices. Was nice that there was a restaurant next door which had good food. Would definitely stay again if in area.

The whole place was very clean, the rooms were very nice with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will stay there on all my trips down to the area.

Nothing I could see.

Super clean and spacious! Fitness room. Kind staff.

Nothing. It was great.
