The location

The front disk was rude and he threw my daughter license at her. His attitude towards my daughter was disrespectful and a disgusting. As I’m on the phone with my daughter he was rude from the time she approached the front desk. My daughter recorded this

Clean

No breakfast or pool like website said. Construction work started very early.

Location was convenient

Internet was down, check in was slow, pool was dirty, room/bedding/towels all smelled like smoke, toilet did NOT flush, curtains were ripped, freezer was so full of frost that you couldn't even put anything in it.

The night staff easy check in helped me out.

Rooms are outdated uncomfortable bedding. Breakfast was not the best very limited there was only 1 sausage link for me and we ate at 8am

In room #229 the air conditioner needs be replaced aside from that it's amazing Hotel

Friendly staff and they made sure to give a room at the end of the hall because of our service dog.

They took money off my credit card even after I had the room reserved they didn't ask for the confirmation number

The drive closest to the building had several cigarette butts, leaves, etc. It needed swept or blown.

The hotel didn't have an elevator. I was given a second floor room and yet I explained I was disabled and needed first floor.

It's an older facility and needs upgrading and some repairs. It needs to be ranked at 2 star. Breakfast was not great.

The staff was very friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast food. It was great and they offered a good variety.

The employees were great at this hotel! Very in tune to the fact that I was a single lady traveling alone. Hotel was perfect for my 1 night stay. Clean and efficient! I loved that there was good ventilation fans in the room and bathroom!

Beds were comfortable.

Our Room Floor was dirty, no one on duty to vacuum it so we had to. Breakfast are was dirty and didn¿t keep food available.

The bed and clerks

The breakfast had everything the first morning by the forth morning they did not restock! If they ran out of something they would just say they were out. It went down hill every day!

The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Although they have non-smoking rooms, the smell of smoke is still in the hallways and hard to get away from. Guests who went outside to smoke stood right outside the door.

Excellent value, sparkling clean breakfast area, great hot breakfast, friendly, responsive staff, easy to book.
