⸻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay at Crossroads Hotel – Kansas City’s Hidden Gem!I recently stayed at the Crossroads Hotel in Kansas City, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptional – from the valet parking team to the front desk, everyone was friendly, professional, and truly made me feel welcome. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. The rooftop was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view of the city – the perfect place to unwind in the evening. Whether you’re enjoying a drink or just taking in the skyline, it’s definitely a highlight of the hotel. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk or ride to Kauffman Center, Crown Center, Union Station, Café Bonito, SEA LIFE, the KC Wheel, and LEGOLAND. Whether you’re in town for entertainment, food, or family fun, everything is within easy reach. The vibe of the hotel is modern, stylish, and relaxed – a perfect mix of comfort and cool. I highly recommend Crossroads Hotel to anyone visiting Kansas City. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The space was beautiful and cool. Great staff.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, great location within walking distance of the KCStreetcar, and lovely rooms. Beautiful downstairs bar. I love when old/historic buildings are reused for other purposes. Staff was welcoming, very helpful and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

I had a younger brother's wedding, so it was good to make good memories with my family at the hotel where I stayed. The staff was kind, the room was perfect, and I enjoyed the brunch.I make happy memories.

It was the weekend, so there was some noise because of the people using the rooftop, but everything else was impeccably good

We enjoyed the lively downstairs and appreciated how much the original building was used for the hotel. My sons and I were in town for a Royals game and we all enjoyed our stay.

It was a bit difficult to get to the hotel because of construction and signage wasn't obvious.

Food was great for breakfast. Atmosphere of hotel was unique.

Beds and pillows were not that comfortable.

    Decent location. Staff was amazing

Sheets were dirty. They were swapped out. Front desk said they would get me a discount or pay for my food at the bar. Neither was done.

    Nice lobby and comfortable bed

The noise in the hotel was a bit excessive especially after midnight.

    10HarperPosted on: 2-14-2025

Room and gym were both very nice

    Resturant very loud.

We really like the buildings design and its uniqueness. Would love to see this place in the summer months. Defintely recommend this hotel. Lively night life and friendly staff.

There was a piece of artwork in the room, with a blonde ponytail cut off and placed with an empty bowl and fish. It was strange and a little off putting, as we were both blonde women travelling. Lol.

Trendy yet comfortable. Great food and drinks and amazing staff!

We had a room on the atrium side and it was loud at times due to holiday parties.

Such an impressive hotel in every way. The decor, food and the, quite frankly wonderful, staff really made our stay memorable.

Room housekeeping was non-existent during our stay which was surprising. We stayed 3 nights and room was untouched for the duration. I would have at least expected beds to be made for the price and standard of hotel.

Loved the building, entertainment was good and bar staff friendly. Roof top bar is fantastic but closed for the winter too soon.

Breakfast options could have been better with less expensive and faster prepared meals available

    8ScottPosted on: 11-26-2024

Great location in the center of the Crossroads. Hip place. Great hotel bar in the lobby.

Not much daylight gets into the rooms. Only windows are up high and not operable.
