It was clean

I paid for parking, no parking available. They tell me to park next door as they had an agreement. Both my vehicles unlawfully towed. Missed my nephews wedding ceremony. It’s been 4 days and they have not yet refunded my stay.

The staff, especially the reception desk staff who checked us into our room. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was also a plus; it’s well-stocked and has lots of options.

Great continental breakfast and nice there is complimentary cookies. The pool was also warm enough like I like it.

It’s a decent hotel in a decent location and they do a great job with the continental breakfast.

They don’t inform us that the pool was closed until we had our kids in their swimsuits and went downstairs. The sign on the pool door said it was closed by the health department so that was alarming.

Only gave a 2 starinstead of 1 because the staff was exceptional helping us with our car that was broken into at their hotel. We think its because this seems to be recurring.

Our car was broken into while parked in their parking garage. The parking garage is very small, tight, and part of it is at a severe incline as many have said. Security cameras don't cover all of their parking. We would not recommend this hotel. Not safe.

Clean, space in the room to stretch out and relax, close location to family.

The bathroom sink was small, hard for my wife to wash her hair under the low spout and small sink.

Like new condition, very well designed and clean room. The staff was amazing!

Very clean. Friendly staff. spacious room. Great bed. PARKING ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ did ride-share. everything within walking distance. They lit fire ¿¿ pit so I could watch the sunrise. Delicious everything breakfast. Cucumber/lemon water warm cookies & a smile. Fave

The room was great. The workers were awesome!

Paid parking and having my car robbed. The gate wasn¿t working and no one tells you that. I used this motel because it was close to the hospital where we had a loved one. She passed away the night before we were robbed. Then dealing with all the police.

Modern. Clean. Great breakfast. Huge rooms.

Love their breakfast, location, and premium Paul Mitchell shower products. The manager at this location is very nice and accomodating.

Parking lot spacing and layout is not safe.

About the only thing I liked about this hotel was how posh it "appeared" and the convenience. Other than that there really wasn't anything to rave about.

First, it was not properly cleaned. This was a major issue for me. Also, the light fixture had a short in it so it was unusable. The door kept locking and I had to scan my card to be able to shut it. Paying for parking was $15. The tub wouldn't drain.

Convenient plaza location in KC at a reasonable rate.

The parking garage left us wondering why on earth it was designed the way it was.

I liked that when I had an issue with my bathroom they were able to simply trade keys and place us in a better room in my same area. I like the outside sections. The breakfast is fresh and great. The staff very pleasant & professional. Been here twice. ¿

Very clean, new hotel. Location was so-so. I liked the work nook built into the room.

Surprise parking fee of $15. Breakfast looked old and reheated. Really it's just the hidden fees that ruin an otherwise good hotel. When you agree to pay a price for a room, it should be that price.

Rims are very spacious and clean! The hotel was nice and updated!

The breakfast was lacking and we had to wait for it to be replenished as at one point there wasn¿t anything hot available. The pool has also been closed down by the hearth department and not in use.

Very nice "city" hotel, in a very hilly area. Property seemed almost new. Room has an unusual layout that I happen to like, not your usual cookie-cutter hotel room. Be aware ramp to garage is very steep, and garage exits directly to street with short ramp

Good breakfast but selection a bit limited. Be aware they charge $15/day for parking, though room rate is reasonable. Limited parking at entrance, tight little spaces.

The Hotel structure and room were great. I also had a good check-in as the attendant was very helpful.

My only complaints are the $15 parking. A bit high for the area. Also you can not consider that a restaurant. Have a complimentary breakfast like every other Spring Hill.

Very nice hotel, good & helpful staff & location was good.

They were doing construction on the lobby area which didn¿t allow for much seating for breakfast or able to work in lobby area during the day.
