- NOTHING
- The tv did not work. The front desk person told us that service was in and out. I asked if the cable company had been called and they said yes. This was not true. All rooms were not out of service.
- Great location and reasonably priced.
Cons -
- I want my mom beyond back. I cancelled. But you said on the websites it was downtown. It wasn’t. It was a terrible dirty hotel.
- The lies told by staff. The hotel rooms need remodeling. I was told there was nothing that could be done about the non working tv. My calls were not documented. So the next person on staff knew nothing about my complaint. We were moved.
- Charging for parking.

The proximity to where my meeting was taking place.
The fan in the bathroom was on the entire time, the switch did not turn the fan on or off.
