There was not enough parking spots for the hotel. We were told if the back lot was full we could park across the street down on the next block.

There was something on the iron in my room. When I heated it up & began to use it, it ruined my new shirt. The front desk got me a new iron, but nothing was said about my shirt that I had to throw away.

I loved that it was right next door to the T-Mobile Center and within easy walking distance of many great restaurants.

I wasn't that impressed with the front desk staff, there was one woman on the staff who loudly belched in front of us and called someone on the phone a mother f'er. We were also charged a much higher parking fee than she had promised on the first night.

Clean, quiet, good smell, great breakfast!

$25 parking fee but the price was still good.

The hotel smelled amazing. Whatever fragrance is in there was great. Breakfast was very good too and I loved the cookies at night

Our blackout shade wouldn¿t go all the way down so we had to put pillows and towels in the window to block the light when sleeping.

Everything was Amazing. Location, cleanliness, decor, breakfast, staff, etc..

Clean room that was recently updated.

Noise coming from surrounding streets and interstate. Lots of sirens and loud engines.

It's hard to choose what I liked best. The bed was extremely comfortable, it was super clean,the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect.

The front desk & breakfast buffet staff were very friendly & helpful. The 1st floor room, came highly recommended by the front desk was huge, but in fact presented an issue we didn't realize until late in the evening. Plentiful, delicious breakfast bar.

The room stunk strongly of musky perfume. The bathroom floor was extremely sticky, as were spots on the carpet. The lighting was nearly non-existent. The window was next to the bed & opened to the entrance ramp to the hotel, which meant noise/no privacy.

Hotel was not as clean as it could have been. Felt sketchy inside.

Outdated. Overpriced considering location and what you get.

I loved the location. It was very convenient for us.

Did not love the parking. The parking behind the hotel was always full so we had to park in the front but was still charged for parking.

Hotel employee was extremely brutal but are heater/furnace was very poor. They did bring us a very small heater.

Location - perfect for the event we were attending.

They charged my personal debit card vs. my company. We specifically talked about it so I'm very disappointed.

There was a huge cockroach in my room. They allow me to switch rooms but other than that they were not very accommodating.

The staff was professional and helpful. The WiFi was strong.

Scheduling a cleaning during the pandemic, if you are staying for more than a few days, can be hit-or-miss. Eventually they got it right.

Parking wasn't stellar. AC controls didn't operate correctly

Hotel and staff were fabulous! The hotel reported someone cancelled our reservation. But hotel employee took care of it with no problem. Walking distance to P&L. Will be our new go to hotel for when we go to shows downtown.

Staff was nice, yet there were computer issues with reservations being erased and they had to rebook my reservation. Hotel has only been open for a few months and the staff still seemed a little flustered.
