The room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday

There was a party and loud music every night right outside our window.

The staff was always friendly and helpful

The shower is absolutely unsafe. It is dramatically slick and now mats are provided for the shower. I used shower towels on the floor to take a shower safely.

Cleanliness was very poor. Room had ants brought it to their attention twice. I asked for housekeeping to come clean never came.

The parking. If you stay for 2 nights and book 2 rooms each night, you should have free parking

The entire experience was outstanding and improvements from a year ago when the new GM took over certainly so from the minute you walk through the door through the entire stay and checking out. Great staff, location !

The breakfast was excellent. Daily room cleaning. Fitness room excellent. Friendly staff.

No drawers in the room.

Very clean, affordable and comfortable. Located within walking distance of so many things. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

When trying to sleep in it was pretty noisy out in the hallway. I?m sure it was housekeeping. They even came to our door and knocked way before check out time. Would have liked to have had a do not disturb sign available so we could have slept longer.

From the linoleum floor to the getting sprayed with cold water when turning on shower to the low bed to the being charged 20 from our deposit and not knowing why and they couldn?t explain it when we called.

Was def like a 4 star experience at 3 star prices. The front desk guy was very courteous and welcoming.

Just the front door also requires a key card so I had to come down from my room to get the food I ordered

Impressed with the positive changes to this property with the new GM. Finally seeing the gates installed for the parking lot was GREAT. Keep up the great work and changes to the property for the better.

No comment at this time until changes are completed. HOWEVER I still encounter at least one employee that doesn't realize the ethics of greeting with a smile!

Bathroom shower could have been cleaner and the soap was empty. There is a $24 parking fee that I didn?t know about before booking (could b my fault?). The room floor was a huge trip hazard

Location is perfect for venues that I attend. Glad to see a manager change. I can already see slight changes making improvements. Great START.

There are a couple of staff members that could use some assist in front line interaction especially in Hospitality field. Having worked in the field in MANY areas of my life, some GOLDEN rules are friendly, smiling, helpful and NEVER "I don't know"

I no longer like this hotel - I've stayed there for many years now but the staff is horrible!!!

This hotel has gotten greedy and ridiculous! I've stayed there for many years but all of a sudden they're now charging $24 a night to park there when it used to always be free before this!!!! Just greedy and ridiculous!!!! I'll never stay there again!!!!

Close proximity to night venue.

Appears to be some changes in staff. Some areas good change and other departments could use some better training. I realize staff is sometimes hard to acquire in certain departments. I will just leave it at that. Check your departments.

Additional parking fee would have been nice to know about. Cleanliness of hotel was great, location not so much

Clean, clean, clean! The hotel was probably the cleanest I have visited in years! The breakfast was excellent, and a good deal with the coupon provided at check-in. The front desk staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

my rood was on the first floor however I had to go four stairs to get to my room so I could only push the cart with my luggage up to the stairs and go back and forth to get everything in the room.

Very well equipped hotel.

I don¿t like that on top of the $--- for the room that you have to pay to park your car $21. You have to pay for breakfast. And the breakfast started at $15
