I like the location and the look of the building everything is clean

Surprising that a hotel of this standard with the and for the amount they charge per night the decor is extremely dated

Location, parking,, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, it’s been awhile that I’ve had comfortable beds!

Location, cleanliness and comfort of room.

Staff was not friendly.? just transactional. ?Doorman/Valet?. Could not be bothered to get up from his chair at hotel entrance. Truly pointless to even have anyone out there.

Friendly and helpful staff Valet took extra time to help me out and was very friendly and professional. Will definately return!

Mold in the bathroom, plug-in in the bathroom didn?t work, and they didn?t clean our room the first night and had to ask for clean towels so we didn?t get to shower that 2nd morning

I love the location! It's close to shopping, amazing restaurants, and is easy to get to! The staff is always top notch. They have a bar open 5-10 p.m., which is nice to have a place to connect during down time. They also have an affordable breakfast!

No! It is always one of my favorite places to stay in KC!

The central location in KC and being hear the Country Club Plaza was great. I enjoyed being in the historic building. Parking valets were excellent.

The mattresses on both beds were worn out. Too soft and sloped on the sides that are probably used the most. The room was dark during daylight. Not much natural light with the type of drapes and where my room was located.

The facility was close to EVERTHING I was attending and volunteering for all weekend. The hotel was well appointed and staff encountered hotel employee at the early morning coffee.

The hotel was lacking just a bit in Disability access for those in need. Probably all the steps to even those for elderly. My thoughts of having 2 groups requiring food service and only ONE preparer on staff leaving guest a 30-60 min. wait.

All pictures showed a couch in the king room but my particular room had just a chair.

Plaza location. Great price!

We entered on the parking lot side of the hotel. Signage could be better with advising how to get to the registration lobby area without going down steps with your luggage and walking through the bar lounge. It was somewhat embarrassing.

This is a beautiful and historic hotel. My room was small but comfortable. Nice size bathroom with good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Good wireless internet.

Parking was expensive. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant except for breakfast. I was surprised they didn't offer more dining options or room service. Traveling alone I'm not inclined to walk around at night.

They advertise for a restaurant and a pool. The restaurant was closed for renovations. The pool was closed for renovations

advertises a swimming pool and restaurant. The pool closedbefore covid and restaurant was closed for remodel, although I not sure that was the real reason. pay for parking in the hotel garage, pay for coffee and muffin. Manager in bar all day

Staff was friendly, rooms clean and the food was good.

The location was great for us. Free parking was a plus. The front porch was a nice space to enjoy a drink ... if you brought your own. AC worked well.

Pool was closed, lobby bar was closed 2 of our 3 nights, breakfast was a joke, coffee was "out" in lobby, had to ask for housekeeping (wasn't informed of that at check in).

When we checked in they told us there would be breakfast the next day, but in the morning they said it turned out there wasn¿t breakfast available.

Older building , neat architecture

Our sink didn¿t drain, nothing done when we told them. Said it has a restaurant and bfast available, it did not. Said it had a Starbucks, it did not. They put coffee at the bar. No towels no TP

$30 for parking is ridiculous when paying for a hotel. Bathroom sink extremely slow to drain therefore, dirty.

Location, customer service, wheelchair accessibility was very good for this older building on a hill. The roll in shower was excellent, toilet location, and vanity were good.

Bed height was not wheelchair accessible and mirror in bathroom was to tall. Front elevator/lift to entry did not work.

Excellent staff. Good location generally.

Poor water pressure, access somewhat difficult.
