Location and Price

There were changes since my last stay in the room quality. I understand this hotel keeps booked up and wear and tear on fixtures, walls, Lighting, cleanliness. However, compared to my last stay a month ago noticeable change!

Tv remote didn't work as it should Asked for couple extra pillows which I did not get

Exceeded my expectations for a Hotel of this category. Great room, attentive and helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

being remodeled,construction mess everywhere on 1st floor tv did not work on 3 day stay hot water ran out on day one, followed by water completely running out called front desk on every issue, 'i'm sorry' was only response

The location in regards to why we were in Kansas City.

Both rooms: carpets not vacuumed, small bathrooms couldn¿t get back in rooms at 10:30am because I thought we left something in them and checkout was at 11:00am. Room 1: sink didn¿t drain. Room 2: poorly sealed windows, taped batteries in tv remote.

they were remodeling the lobby and put me in a room right above it. they were using power tools both days i was there. terrible experience.

The hotel was very noisy because of renovation. Only one set of outlets worked in the room, making getting ready hard. Staff was a little rude when told about this.

Undergoing renovation and the rooms are super clean the staff is also friendly.

Hotel under construction. Grab and go breakfast was offered only from 5 am to 7 am in an area we couldn't find due to construction. Construction dust everywhere on the walk to very small elevator. No microwave or fridge in room. No tissues or sanitizer.

Very well-priced room at last minute in newly and nicely renovated room, because common areas are still under construction.

Can¿t even really complain about the on going construction. It was still quiet, clean, rooms nicely and newly furnished, new bathroom. Kitchen area had a coffee pot and some danishes out, and there aren¿t really any amenities on the property.

Sorry room service needle caps in sink. Room stayed cold despite heat put at maximum.. Cable service stinks they use roku... no washcloths in room sink had poor water pressure.the lobby is under renovation and look nothing like the picture posted

The staff. They were great and helped us out in a pinch.

Everything. The hotel was under construction on the entire first floor, the elevator was the smallest I'd ever seen, the windows did nothing to block out the street noise, no wash clothes, bed skirt was dirty. Will not go back.

The room was nicer than expected. Location is decent but definitely not Crown Center area.

Staff doesn't speak good English. Hotel is in the middle of renovations.Not able to book for two nights at the same price which stalled my depost. Hotel was wrongly advertised being in the Crown Center area.

Low water pressure. Probably due to renovations.

It was in shambles. I understand that it was under construction, but the walls were thin and they must have put all guests right by each other. I felt very unsafe as a female traveling alone just stopping for one night. I was scared to leave my room.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. The floor in the bathroom was sticky; the shower floor was dirty, and the halls in the carpet were filthy with garbage, not just a little garbage, but a lot of garbage. The walls were discolored with dirt

The phone was not connected to the wall. The drawers had gross garbage in them. I stopped opening drawers after the first two. There was no TV remote. It should not be an option on your site. There was an unhoused person just hanging out in the hall.

The price was reasonable.

The room was in need of repairs, including the sink did not drain properly. Hotel bed was clean, but the rest Of the room was not. There was no pool and the parking lot was small (but well lit). Elevator was questionable and in need of repair.

The location is good for visiting the city.

I questioned the cleanliness of the room because there was a French fri and hair in bathroom, and remain after two nights. Assembly stickers still on furniture. Hotel staff had trouble making two keys.

The staff was easy to work with when we left the hotel.

The hotel was under construction. When I got to our room the bathroom was a mess. There was stuff in the toilet and blood smear on the toilet seat and wall. There was stuff on the shower floor. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom. Not happy at all!
