Extended Stay America Select Suites - Kansas City - Stadium

It was close to royals stadium..... thats it .... it was BAD......

No one working the desk..... smelled like weed...rooms were dirty.... t.v was broke....loud noises all night long.. on top of that game was rained out...after we had checked in... needless to say we got out of there as soon as possible

They found our debit card the next morning and called to tell us, only positive to this hotel was the honesty.

This hotel room was dirty, the toilet had to be wiped off and there was hair all over the sink. Smoke detectors were beeping in the middle of the night and staff had no regard for fixing it. Room also smelled like stale cigarettes(a nonsmoking room)

My room was not ready and I had to sleep in a smoker room. I still have received no accommodation.

Im not sure, it seemed clean i suppose.

No light in the bathroom, no power button on the remote so couldn't watch TV. Hotel employee came 30 min before check out

Nothing. It was so bad we chose not to stay.

This hotel was horrible. We chose not to stay. There were gashes in the walls, the window was open and screen was bent, and there was no comforter on the bed. It was dirty and noisy and so bad that we did not stay.

Room could be cleaner. Tends to be too much noise in hallways. Smoke fumes do bleed inside the hotel. They need to dust mop the floor and then wet mop, including under the bed.

The staff is very nice,friendly and helpful

The fire alarm goes off at least 3 times a day. The is a roach problem

Rooms needs fumigation. Cockroach ? ? were even on the bed sheets, toilet and bath tub Bathroom sinks were all stained with yellow spots

The lights, tv and WiFi didn?t work in our room. There was an industrial dryer right outside our door. They could only give us 1 room key because they were running out. The whole property smelled of marijuana. We left within an hour of checking in.

My reservation which was paid for was not honored. I was advised by the front desk employee that they were over booked as there was a soccer event next door on July 1st. I have called numerous times to reimbursed but keep getting the run around.

Location was alright for being near the highway and having a kitchenette.

Other than just the cockroach issue (which they have some traps set but really should get someone to come in and spray vacant rooms)

They tried to send us away because we had a dog (despite being listed as pet friendly). The front desk closes at 10 pm and it took a while for someone to come. The room is bare. All they offered was one soap bar. No restaurant on site.

It was available and not in a horrible location was right across from the Royals stadium but a little off the main roads and roads where not the best kept

It was LOUD and seems like a lot of people are living like for extended periods of time here like yrs they was not bad people to me but was not very tactful or tasteful in my personal opinion very loud and couple next door fighting all night.

We were so unsatisfied with this hotel we immediately left and did not stay the night. It was not a clean or acceptable situation for our family and we didn¿t feel safe to stay. They also refused to refund our money as well. Very disappointed overall

Location....close to Arrowhead.

No coffee maker, didn't have the typical shampoo/conditioner/moisturizer that hotels typically provide. Low end bed/mattress. No service...had to use the same towel for 3 days.

So many things I didn't like about this hotel. It is so hard to find how to get to the hotel. At the hotel there was what looked like homeless people outside. "They lived there" Lots of DOGS BIG DOGS. Went inside and the office ignored me

The staff was very helpful and nice and the full size appliances were a nice bonus.

Only thing I would say about this hotel is the location, it’s directly in the middle of nowhere behind warehouses hidden between homes, no close stores or gas stations for food or drinks, other than that it was as expected.
