Staff

Horrible parking security. Vehicle was stolen off the property. Fridge froze up and quit working and destroyed our sushi.

Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Room and common spaces were very clean. It was a pleasant 10-to -15-minute brisk walk to the convention center.

Breakfast was nice enough but didn't live up to they hype of the reviewers gushing about it. The standard waffle/premade eggs/bagels/muffins fare of your good hotel breakfast.

Help was great. Excellent breakfast and staff help!!

Just too far from the convention center

We were only a block away from the street car and walking distance to several great restaurants.

The barn door on the bathroom was weird. For a single traveler it would probably be all right but for a mother and daughter in law we would have preferred a door that shut better.

Walking distance to River Market, free KC Street Car, Power & Light. Staff was friendly and helpful. IT outage caused hotel keys to malfunction, staff had to personally go unlock all rooms, but we never had to wait long.

Room was nice! Big and clean.

Covid breakfast to go was not good. Could do a better job at food to go or lower the price of the room. The hotel we stayed at the next night has it down pat. Parking is very sketchy...hotel is very nice but the location and parking is a no for me.

The room felt so small....there was no view out the window except go inside the hotel. Had tonpay gor parking had to pay for internet.....why isnt it inclusive?

Didn’t have a good “cart” to bring clothes in...but we managed.

First night was on top floor, and the rumble of the roof HVAC units was annoying. Second night was ground floor and had lots of traffic noise. Other than noise, the rooms were comfortable. Hotel did not provide free parking, which was irritating.

It was newly remodeled, clean, and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful without hovering. The location was great.

The hotel was closed and not open for people to stay. It was under construction!

Getting to Kansas City and realizing the hotel was closed for construction!

They are taking cleanliness and safety serious re: Covid 19. I would like to visit again, when precautions are not in place.
