Pros +
- Uniqueness and ease of access.
- The location and design of the place. It was around a ton of business and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely gave a goma vibe. Love how all the rooms have a theme. Definitely would come back and recommend.
- Loved the room! Beautifully decorated home and rooms! Perfect location and easy check in
Cons -
- Bed was not super comfortable. A new mattress would goa. Long way.
- Only thing I didn’t like was the parking, street parking is only free for 3 hours, so if you sleep in you had to move your car quickly before you got a ticket, so I wish there was an app or so at least where you could pay to have it start in the am!
- staff, no privacy in room/bathroom door is clear glass, rude staff, confusing check in. Remote checking staff seemingly tried to bully us into paying a retaliatory deposit that was not mentioned anywhere on booking.com or the check in instructions. Site won’t let me delete the rhop photo. Sorry!

This hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and although we booked last minute they were quick to respond with a check in code! Check in/check out process was super easy. The shared roof deck and kitchen area was a great plus!
We had planned to park in the recommended parking garage but unfortunately it was closed due to a private event as were other garages. This wasn't the fault of the property but we weren't able to find a garage and had to park on the street which wasn't recommended. Thankfully nothing bad happened to our vehicle!

Great Stay at Hotel No Vacancy! We had a wonderful experience at Hotel No Vacancy. The property is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the highlights was the lounge downstairs, which added a fun and relaxing vibe to our trip. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel No Vacancy to others.
We weren’t able to stay longer.
We enjoyed the decoration, the layout of the room and lounge.
We could hear our neighbors (separately from the downstairs bar). The Curtains were cute, however they didn’t provide much privacy from people walking or driving by. I felt that I had to change in the restroom so that people outside couldn’t see me.
This is now one of my favorite hotels ever! The design, the spacious room, the downstairs bar, everything is on point and with generosity. Can’t wait to go back.
Good vibe and good location.
No staff, which is fine, unless you have drunk girls talking outside your door until 4a. The communal lounge is not regulated so I was kept up most night by other guests using the lounge as their personal living room. Mostly intoxicated folks sharing personal stories that I would have preferred to not be privy to.
Super cute. Bed and pillows were fantastically comfortable. For homey vibe. Scenery from our location, windows all around was gorgeous.
Loud, just above le lounge, but respectfully turned down bass by 10 and I was out after that. Couldn't get shower water warm, was looking for a hot shower after walking around chilly city.
Design, location, set up!
Thin walls. You could hear a lot of what’s going on outside and around in the hotel.
This is a fantastic hotel that's situated in a very convenient location. The rooms are all different, and are very unique. Huge windows with views of the cityscape. Central parlor area and a patio upstairs, and Le Lounge bar downstairs for libations.

Loved the room.. everything was neat, clean and esthetically pleasing! Also loved the keypad to get into the building and room… not having to worry about a room key was great!! Very cozy, did not feel like you were staying in a hotel.
I was worried about parking.. but was fortunate to find spots out front. Would be great if there were assigned spaces for guests staying (again, wasn’t an issue for me for my stay thankfully). Also would be wonderful if there was an ice machine for guests..!
nothing of note
When I arrived, the air conditioner was broken, and the windows were wide open, leaving the room freezing. The owner had left some portable heaters downstairs but didn’t inform anyone they were available or place them in the rooms. On the first night, a large party was held in the common area just outside my room, complete with a loudspeaker. The room doors offered no soundproofing, making it unbearable after a long flight. When they finally “fixed” the air conditioner two nights later —located on the roof directly above the room—it was so loud and unstable that the entire room vibrated. The noise was brutal, the bed shook, and even the glass panes rattled. It’s worth noting that this isn’t a “hotel” but essentially a room for rent. Overall, this was likely the worst accommodation I’ve ever experienced. It felt like slow, drawn-out misery.
Location in walking distance of attractions and it was quiet. Check-in was easy with door code.
Texted manager photo of booking.com inaccurate description that he texted back would be corrected. Unit did not have spa bath, separate privacy door, 2nd living room nor attached patio described and coffee/tea maker and washing machine listed as in-unit were in the common area. Also, it’s booking.com policy they not ask for your private email.
Very nicely decorated, very good location (close to Mildred’s coffee place that is amazing), very efficient (though remote) staff.
It is an old building and you can easily hear the noises from the outside as well as from adjacent rooms.
Location amazing. Able to walk to event at T-Mobile arena. Felt car was safe in the arts parking garage and only 13 dollars overnight
Elevator broke and we had to call for another way in but answered very promptly. There was a private event in the bar so unable to make use of it and it is very cute
Location was good.
Elevator didn’t work, no direction of where stairs were located. Had to reach out to mgt to get info. Response from them was good despite not knowing where the stairs were actually located. Theme of room/place was nice, just details were cheap. Seemed very DIY in regards to the details. Non professional flip is what it felt like. The idea is awesome, execution…not so much. Not super clean. Hair on bathroom floor from previous customer. Barefoot, lots of dust on floor we felt. No soundproofing effort. Street noise is crazy, sound so clear it felt like the windows were open. Could hear music from two floors below. Clearly hear conversations from neighbors at normal talking levels. Somewhere to lay your head for one night is fine, but overpriced for what you get.
