Location and staff

The room was large, but had a very sterile look and feel. Nothing on the walls, just a TV. Only furniture was the bed and tiny corner table with bench. No place to set luggage. Very loud room. Everything echoed.

It was a good location. It was trendy and the bed was amazing.

The shower smelled like musty towels. The water was so soft it felt like you never rinsed off. The water pressure was so low you could get better pressure in the rain. The ice machine on our floor was broken. It cost $24 to park at the hotel.

The location and how clean everything was. I also appreciated easy access to filtered water.

I was upgraded to a beautiful corner room with windows on each corner wall. However, it was windy when I stayed and I could hear the wind whistling through the windows.

This hotel was located perfectly for our evening plans. Getting in and checked out was easy

The hotel was not very clean. The shower had a brown spot on the side, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom sink was awful.

Location was convenient to the Plaza and other venues we visited. Also liked the great selection of restaurants to visit for dinner nearby. Liked the indoor parking and on site food and bar areas.

They seriously screwed up my charges - charged me for the room after I pre-paid for it, did not mention the $24 daily parking charge at all during check in or any point at check out. I discovered all the mistakes on my card charges and check out invoice.

The location was great and the staff was pretty friendly. The lobby was also very nice.

An ozone machine was left in my room by the staff and made me feel very sick. I didnt know what it was and was in the room with it going on its highest level for several hours. My obvious assumption was to think it was safe if the staff put it there.

Cleanliness, contemporary decor, view was great. Loved the shampoo, and body products.

Minimal room amenities. Room - one USB port and not at the bedside. TV - located on the wall next to bed - it had to be rotated to see the screen from our bed. Air conditioner - loud and blew on us all night. Needed a microwave - none on hotel premises.

Shower was not working properly and you can tell it was not cleaned, slow water. Not safe area. Faucet bathroom shower was coming off the wall. Next door couple was arguing the whole night no good sleep, the walls are too thin you can hear all arguments

All staff were friendly, nice, accommodating. The lobby was super clean, fun, inviting, family friendly with board games and pool table. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom clean! Had to use room key to activate elevator to get to room.

Floor needed cleaning

Fantastic location, friendly staff, nice room amenities like fridge, bluetooth speaker, and smart TV.

I stayed 5 nights and not once did the cleaning crew come through. I'd see them on the floor when I'd leave in the morning and they never came through by the time I returned in the afternoon.

Great location for our visit. Clean hotel with great staff.

It isn't as quite as some would like
