The guy at the front desk was very friendly. It was close to the venue we attended. We didn’t have it, but the breakfast looked nice.

Our room had an awful, putrid smell. The water pressure was non existent.

Everything, I got 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and the sofa it was broken. Everything smell bad, dirty. Also too expensive

No hot water for shower, dirty diapers by previous guest located by the television and dirty pool.

The pool was shut down by the fire department. the hotel was going through some renovations, but it really needs an overhaul. Also we did see some bugs in the bathroom sink and by the ice bucket which was a huge turnoff.

Room was nice!

The dog poop that was left in the front lobby for way to long while employees talked at the desk... some of the front desk was ok and others just shouldn't be in customer service jobs

They double charged me for the room wiping my bank account I needed to borrow money to make it home to Minnesota.

Suites had lots of room.

Parking lot entrance off a very busy road and it was one way so had to do U-turns a lot. Ran out of breakfast multiple times during our three night stay. Room doors were hard to lock. Bathroom door didn?t lock. They didn?t have spare blankets. Smokey.

We chose the hotel because it promoted an indoor pool. Our child was looking forward to it. On arrival staff stated the pool had been closed for some time and would be for the foreseeable future. No website update, no communication, very disappointing.

The location was good and central to where we wanted to shop during our weekend in Kansas City.

A few repairs are needed. The stopper in the sink needs to be replaced.

The staff was nice.

Pool broken, pull out bed broken and disgusting, homeless and trash everywhere around the location, not as it seems in pictures.

The hotel didn¿t have hot water and the breakfast was not fully cooked and rushed the room was dirty leading to multiple room changes. Very sketchy and deserted area.

Location, welcoming and helpful staff, ease of reservation. Room.

Need bigger TVs please.

The roach infeststion. I saw a total of 8 roaches. Including one near the elevator on the second floor. All varying sizes. Large to baby sized

An older building but very clean room and eating area. A great breakfast with pancakes! We enjoyed our stay.

The location wasn't in the best area. Right off a busy highway and kind of a rundown area of Kansas City.

We stayed 2 nights. We ask for our room to be cleaned. We ask front desk staff the night we arrived and next day while leaving hotel. We got back to hotel and the room had not been cleaned. We had to ask for additional towels

Friendly staff at the front desk.

My room wasn¿t very clean. The doors all need to be wiped down and there were dorito crumbs on the counter in my room. There are also no USB plugs in the room.

Great accommodations for our border collie and friendly staff.

While they stated they are dog friendly, the $50 fee for 1 nights stay was quite high. We have a perfectly trained pet that was cleaner than some guests would be.

Large rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Hot breakfast buffet had an automatic pancake maker and overall the food was fresh and pretty good. Not too far from Arrowhead.

Amenities for King Jacuzzi room non-existent. Smoke alarm chirpping had to change bad battery myself since no on-site maintenance. No mini-fridge or microwave & was nothing staff could/would do. Missing lamp bulb, jacuzzie tub controls broken, phone broke

The cleanliness of the room and the location.

The TV would not come on and could not reach anyone via phone to call to ask for help.
