Nice location and Clean in general.

The parking fees are too much $20 per day.

Very clean and in fantastic location to Country Club Plaza Also the housekeeping staff were extremely nice and helpful

I think the breakfast could have been more of a buffet and bathroom could have been bigger

The location was perfect! Close to the crown plaza. The rooms were very clean and I liked the layout.

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable in my opinion. I had a difficult time sleeping.

It was raining quite a bit so there needed up being a decent size wet spot randomly in one area of the carpet. I called the front desk and they did offer to switch rooms but we had already unpacked and were in bed. Hopefully they fix this once we left.

The hot breakfast and it¿s in walking distance to my relative that I was visiting.

This hotel is on a pretty large steep hill, so if your walking your return trip may be a struggle depending on how good of shape you¿re in.

Great location. Our room met our expectations and very quiet. We had a great time and enjoyed the downtown.

Would of loved a cocktail lounge but not a big deal.

Excellent location. Better than your typical continental breakfast! We had a 2 queen suite and it was nice to have plenty of space for our family of 4.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and we loved the location and FREE parking!

Someone made a noise complaint while we were already in bed at around midnight.

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff was very polite and attentive. The hotel is in a good location for walking to shops and restaurants. The breakfast had lots of variety. We really appreciated the covered parking garage.

The only thing about this hotel was that it is on a steel hill. Which makes for walking up it after walking to dinner and shopping a little exhausting. But at the same time, it helped work off the huge meals we had. So, win...win.

There were plenty of shopping and dining options in the area. I was worried about the parking garage but it was safe and secure.

The room was too warm. Tried to use the fan and it would just blow hot air. They need to service the rooms more. We stayed 4 days and never received service.

They were fantastic in every plus they went above and beyond what we expected. We had a problem, broken window on our truck, cold and late at night so nothing we could do until the next day. They did a temporary repair for us before we even got up!

Friendly staff and it proximity to the plaza were fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was the best we've had in a long time.

We asked for someone to come empty our trash they did not. There was absolutely no online guide or information about the TV channels. The room had a bad odor

Location, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff friendly. Breakfast was very well done. food fresh and hot. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Extremely clean! Comfortable bed. Great location.

I realize Covid has put constrains on things, but the breakfast serving line was very slow.
