- Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was excellent. The breakfast had a nice assortment of options and was very well staffed. Will stay here again when I am at the plaza.

- I have asbsolutely NOTHING good to say about this hotel!!! They have been having elevator problems here for many weeks - they rent you a room ON A HIGH FLOOR before telling you the elevator doesn't work!!!!!!

- My ac in the room didn?t work and the elevator was not working and I had to stay on 5th floor
