The Staff was very Good

The cleaning of the room bedbug traps under the bed something is growing behind the TV cabinet bathroom was definitely not cleaned very well

Friendly staff and tried to be helpful. Nice spacious well appointed room that was very clean.

The key card did not get the pool door open and the laundry soap was out.

I had 2 frozen waters in my fridge in the room had no Idea they would charge me for them. I let them melt and drank them. unaware they would charge my card 3.60 each bottle.

Perfect location, tons of shopping, restaurants and gas station nearby.

The wait to check in or talk to anyone at the front desk was quite long. We waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. There was a note and we were able to check in early so we didn?t mind but the line started to build around us.

Lovely room, comfortable beds, and excellent shower!

Evening front desk staff was lacking but morning staff was adequate.

Breakfast served was good.

Glass in bathroom door made room bright with light on when others still trying to sleep.

Clean, modern and well layed out

Desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Check in was super fast. Hotel was immaculate. The overall comfort of the room was a 10. Towels and beds were amazing. Even the pullout was a dream to sleep on. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This place is very nice and clean. The trundle bed is a great feature and much better than those pullout couch things. Breakfast was great too! Highly recommend!

This property is modern, clean and in a convenient location.

Front desk / receptionists were amazing. Other staffs were great as well.

Stayed for 7 nights, unfortunately the breakfasts menu didnt change at all. It was tasty though.

Location was great. Very close to any need you might have. It was very cold outside and enjoyed the inside, heated pool very much.

Make sure the breakfast is available until 0930. We arrived at 0910 and no hot food was available, only cereal and bagels. We made sure to get up and get to the breakfast before 0930 and no hot food was a disappointment. It was the only disappointment in a great trip.

We reserved a room at your facility for our grandchildren so they could swim. We arrived and asked about the pool but were told it was closed. We were super frustrated about that. Secondly we had a reservation for 6 people in our room and they gave us 4 towels. I would think a minimum of 6 would be there but nope, 4 towels. Could have saved money and got a cheaper hotel with no pool but reserved with you. They could have called us and told us so we had the option but I never heard anything. One more thing. Our sheets didn't fit the bed so sheets all rolled up all night. It was very uncomfortable.

The staff double charged me, blamed the rate code through your site. Ruined my trip cause took all of my money.
