The breakfast

We were given a king size room, which is not what I reserved. I go downstairs and Sam was able to change our room to a 2 queen size bed with a pull out. The room number he gave us, as we entered, clearly had someone else’s things in it.

The amenities

Housekeeping never cane by. We had no trash bags or toiletries.

Well kept for the most part

Staff did not seem to know what they were doing and the house keeping wasn?t the best

Breakfast is not great - they have waffle makers but if you don¿t want a waffle the other food is pretty lousy.

Location of room

The power went out was locked outside in a rain storm. Continually locked out of room missed a meeting and was late to an important meeting.

The Room.

The light went out so it was HOT on our first night. Second night the system kept locking us out of room, I was late for an important meeting because of this twice. My husband was locked outside hotel in rain because power was out!!! It was the worst stay

Room was great and everything was clean

Breakfast - waffles were fine, but unless you want those or cold cereal, everything else was pretty suspect.

The layout of the room was great as well as the customer service.

I did expect sausage and bacon at breakfast to go with my waffle, but I improvised. I still had a great stay.

Customer service and amenities. The room was very clean and well laid out.

Staff was great and the breakfast was spot on.

The heater/ac until was extremely loud and made a funny noise. I hardly got any sleep.

breakfast was a joke, only a cople cereal and old clumpy milk.. The hotel smelled like wet dog. The first room we had smelled like a football lockerroom. Then we switched to a less smelly room but it was still discussing.. I do not recommend.

staff lazy, room dirty and unclean linens...

Modern look and location

every room was dirty in some fashion.... Dirty linen still on bed.. floor not vacuumed... Just horrible...

Plenty of room for my family of 6. Lots of drawers, counter space, and outlets available. Excellent breakfast, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Price was reasonable as well.

The outside grill's and patio sets.

I thought the breakfast could have been better. You had to microwave prepackaged breakfast.
