  • To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel in St. Louis. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and ruined what was supposed to be a family vacation.•Room Too Small for Family: The room I booked was supposed to have double beds to accommodate my children. Instead, we were given a much smaller room with only one bed, leaving no space for my kids to stay with me. This was misleading and unacceptable.•Dirty & Unsafe Conditions: The room was dirty, the door was broken, and the hallways were poorly maintained. The entire environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable.•False Advertising: The amenities were not as advertised. The room only had a bed, a TV, and a stove—far from what was promised when I booked.•Unprofessional Staff: When I raised my concerns, the staff was rude and dismissive instead of being helpful.•Deposit Not Returned: I was charged a $50 deposit at check-in, which has not been refunded even though I left the room in proper condition.This experience was frustrating, upsetting, and not at all reflective of the standards a guest should expect.
