The lady who was working the desk was very polite and helpful. I needed change for the snack machine and she was so nice about getting me change for them.

They had a good breakfast buffet with very helpful staff that kept things clean and stocked.

The best free breakfast ever. The selection was excellent- they even had chunky potatoes, not hash browns. The breakfast staff were diligent in restocking and keeping things clean. The hotel receptionist was polite and friendly. The facility itself

Couldn't find the ice machine. I am recovering from a total knee replacement, and ice would have been a big help. I asked the girl at the front desk, but there was no ice machine where she directed me.

It was clean. The breakfasts were good. Cookies put out at night was a nice treat.

The bed was too hard for my wife.

Hotel was very nice and breakfast was good. I liked that they had snacks every day like fresh baked cookies. My grandson enjoyed that and having the pool open so he could swim.

The room was very clean and a decent size. There were plenty of outlets and a nice desk for doing work. The business center was easy to use. I enjoyed the hot tub.

There was a lack of pillow choices on the bed and they were all square in size. The internet would not allow a VPN.

The breakfast was lacking meat to go with the eggs. There was construction going on - looks like a perpetual project. Not very tidy work area. Never saw anyone actually working. First room AC didn't work, 2nd room OK, but nothing was particularly clean.

It has a lot of special memories to me! I love sitting in the comfy chairs when you first walk into the hotel, by the fireplace, just relaxing!

To be honest, they only had a small amount of cribs/pack and plays and they were all being used. So the only option I had was for my little one to sleep on a pallet on the floor to ensure that she didn't fall off of the bed.

They had an evening reception in the Breakfast area where they had pizza soda, wine, and beer . It was great not to have to scurry out to find dinner. Breakfast was great also. It was well worth the money . Clean and friendly place to stay.

Hot water didn’t work. It was fair for the price paid however it was misleading as 2.5 stars. As the experience quality and condition was closer to 1 star. The staff was very kind and helpful however it should not be advertised as above 1 star.

The beds were very comfortable, and the price I paid was less than retail. Breakfast is served with real plates and silverware. Friendly breakfast room attendant.

Arrived 12:15, couldn't sleep 12:30-5am since a/c unit wouldn't cool the room, and heater smelled burnt (told front desk. Points offer) Up every 15 min to adjust. Rm 207 next to hwy, opened window to cool rm. Traffic noise. 3hrs sleep. Will try Fairfield.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel for any reason. Not worth the money when the other hotels in the area are just as bad.

This hotel was not at all as it appears in the advertisements. It's a low-class, dirty, dark space. One hotel employee I encountered never got off of her cell phone while talking with me. Breakfast ended before 9 AM. Very sad and unworthy of star level.

Offered a good breakfast, and lobby snacks, and on par with a better level hotel in accommodations with comfort and bathroom.

I was on the side away from the highway so I may have had a different experience if my room was on the highway side.

The pillows were great. Breakfast was good.

There was remodeling in the hotel and the workers woke up and started working and moving equipment at 6 am. This coupled with the generator outside that was running from 11pm to 4 am made it impossible to sleep.
