Cons -
- Bed was hard. Room clean. Breakfast is located in a basement with stair access. I'd rate more like 6.5 than a deceptive 8.1
- The heater in the room was not putting out much heat the the blankets on the bed were very light. My two grandkids got very cold during the night. Second, water came into our bathroom during the middle of the night. We used all our towels with no help.
- I didn't like that you had to walk outside and to a different building for the hot tub/pool
