Isle of Capri Casino Hotel Boonville & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

No daily cleaning and Brew Brothers was bad. Out of potatoes, server forgot salad and steak had a lot of gristle for $43. No discount for forgotten salad.

Small town, on the river.

Smoke smell was horrible.

We were in a non smoking room but smoke was so heavy in the casino we could still smell it but I requisted a 1st floor room

Cleanliness the room was perfect. Except the windows at the end of the halls need cleaned. It made me miss some beautiful sunset pictures that I couldn't get from my room.

We stayed there because it's attached to a casino

only one elevator worked. The price, well over $-- a night, definitely should be under $--

Cleanliness. Hair on the floor of the bathroom and tub. Questioned whether the room had been cleaned.

Great location to interstate, clean casino and and rooms.

really old and dumpy. For $--- with taxes I have a greater expectation all the way around. Flies on the window cills, cobwebs, smoky, all around ick. Couldn't even provide cream for "complimentary coffee" only a powder packet. Not a great experience

Clean quiet room, and great parking.

Access to the casino and Warm Springs Ranch.

Room appeared clean on the surface, but was not deep-cleaned.

The room was very clean and pretty.

It was a two full bed room. I reserved a queen room.

Clean, well maintained hotel with large room, friendly staff, exercise room, everything we ordered from the Brew Brothers restaurant was delicious.

The casino won all our money every day. Very hard to every come out even or ahead.

I extended my stay by a day and when I did that I guess it caused confusion with the staff. I was given key cards that didnt work/had been shut off because they forgot to run the daily fee or whatever. I had to sit and wait for a manager for 20 minutes

This hotel is close. to downtown Boonville. The downtown area offers lots of shopping and some small cafes.

The carpets in our room were stained, the bed was not comfortable, and only coffee was offered in the room, not everyone drinks coffee, and not offering of a breakfast or fresh fruit in the morning.

Location to where we needed to go and price

Carpets needed to be cleaned. Hotel was more 2.5 star than 3. Restaurant was not very good. My husband¿s burger was burnt on outside and rare on inside.

Love the location of the hotel because it is right on the Missouri river and the Katy trailer. The real draw of course is that it is connected to the Casino. The Casino and restaurant are pretty good. They have pet freindly rooms upon request(and fee).

I was double charged for the resort fee. We stayed in a pet freindly room (upon request). Carpets were pretty stained, but that's what you get when in the pet room.

The 20$ and $10 amenities fee. Clerk said it was for things like coffee maker in room, etc. Who are they fooling. They didn't even have a pool.room 406 dirty spots on carpet. My blue light showed urine under desk area.

the overall clean hotel no matter where you looked. just a super place too stay and food was delicious and cheap for a casino. will be back thanks

Everything under one roof

The noise. We had children next to our room. We were woke up at 7 am to children crying and screaming.

Great bed and pillows.

No microwave in the room. Smoking allowed in the casino and some hotel rooms. The Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Charged early check in fee of $11.42-the room was empty and ready to occupy when we arrived after a 10 hour drive. Stupid!
